Great character and clean rooms and bathrooms. Very convenient location, surrounded by plenty of things to do.

Nice interior and atmosphere. Comfortable beds and showers. Was there for just one night but ill definitely go here again the next time.

amazing - one of the best hostels I've stayed at. no complaints

AMAZING! I stayed at this hostel twice as long as I planned, because I had the best time here. The decor, the staff, the atmosphere, the location; I can't fault it. Ken took a group of us on an awesome bike tour, which was one of the highlights of my time in Berlin. I loved the bar downstairs, as it was so easy to go there alone and just start talking to the person next to you. This was one of the best hostels I've ever stayed at!

Great hotel, a travellers dream. A lockable box next to your bed with a power point? Backpacker perfection!

Highly recommend circus, well located near loads of cool cafes, staff were friendly and had great tips, and it was all clean and new. quite a big hostel, good place if you're looking to meet people, there's a bar and cafe in house which were normally pretty busy. I would stay there again without doubt.

Why is there no communal kitchen? It's annoying you are forced to pay from breakfast. For the price of the room, breakfast should be free. The common area feels like the waiting room at a doctor's reception. Where are the comfy couches? iPads don't make up for keyboards. They are annoying to type on. Not all of us want to browse the Internet randomly. The bathrooms have no natural light and neither do the hallways. Are you trying to be a hotel? Nice staff and good rooms and beds.

I rented a bike, which was fantastic except that the front dynamo light did not work.

Very pleasant experience. The staff are very friendly and thoughtful.

Great location, within walking distance to so many places and so close to the metro line station. Free dinner wasn't anything too spectacular but it's free!! I met someone in the hostel room so we had the free dinner then went out to explore Berlin! The staff was really helpful, they let me print my boarding pass for free :)

Everything is very clean and decorated nicely. As a solo traveler, I wouldn't say this was the ideal place. It is not easy to meet people because it is so big and the events they have organized are not very interactive.

Excellent experience

Centrally located hostel with a plethora of quirky bars and shops in its vicinity. The rooms are spotless and come with comfy beds. Although the facilities generally are top-notch, I found the lockers inconveniently small and my key-card frequently hesitated.

Good but not great

I had a really nice stay here at Circus. I was traveling alone and it was easy to meet people to hang out with during the day and to go out with at night. The beds were clean, the facilities were nice. I have no complaints.
