The hostel has great facilities, but the booking was a bit of a mess. We had reserved online and were arriving early after an overnight bus, but once there our booking seemed to have disappeared- we waited for 45 mins for our dorm to be ready, but for the rest of the time we were there we only encountered 2 other guests, so weren't sure at all why there was such a wait. The staff are very friendly, but were very confused when we asked them for directions to anywhere! Located far from everything.
