The staff is very friendly: though we arrived pretty late (past midnight), they were available and helped us with our tickets problems (we forgot to print them!). Thanks Citotel !

We booked a double bed but were given a twin, apart from that little error everything was good!

Only stayed there for a night as we passed through Grenoble. Was a lovely hotel (not a hostel) with clean rooms, big bathrooms and friendly staff. Good walking distance from everything. A very nice little hotel.
