Loved Zurich! Loved the city backpackers. Right in the middle of everything. So close to transport, markets, shops, food etc. Id stay here again. Perfect for female solo travellers

This hostel was in the best location. It was only a short walk to everything you want to see and all the public transport.

Good location easy to find, clean and warm atmosphere but no elivator so hard to lift your baggage to the 4 floor.

summary: lack of other hostel's competition. moral: if you can pay, choose the cheapest hotel This is because the owner does what it pleases. We arrived at the exact time the staff was going to away from the hostel and met them in the stairs at noon (12h). The guy smiled at us and continue walking, after this he laughed. He didn't tell us anything that he was staff, we only knew at 3 pm when he check us in. THEY ACCEPT EUROS ONLY IN 1:1 RATIO, DON'T PAY IN EUROS, CHANGE IT IN BANKS FIRST

Right in the best part of Oldtown. One block away from the river and within walking distance to most of Zurichs main attractions. The hostel was a bit hard to find but that's not the hostels fault. It was down one of the many alleys in Oldtown. Lots of stairs to climb to get to the reception. Overall a good stay.

I traveled with my fully loaded bike and lots of luggage. If i had known that this hostel is in the 3rd floor and that i would have to carry my bike up this narrow smallcase, id definatly stayed somewhere else. The staff was very friendly though and took time to show me on the map where to see nice stuff allthough i went right to bed at 9pm. My roommates in the dorm where pretty loud but i couldnt afford a single room so my fault. We were woken up at 6am by undercover police looking for some guy.

It is Switzerland so was very expensive for what it was. No real common area to hang out, but the rooftop had a cool view. The location was awesome, close to the main train station and amongst the old town.

The Bieber hostel is in a hidden location in an alley. Once you've found it you'll find it again and again each time you go out and return. This hostel doesn't have any elevateurs so be prepared to lug your luggage up two flight of stairs to the reception. There are two more flights of stairs above reception where more dorms are.

Hostel was clean and the staff was nice, there are a few stairs you have to climb just to get to reception let along you room so be mindful of this if you have a lot of luggage. Due to reception being closed from 11 - 3 the check in time at 3 probably took longer than normal as you have to wait your turn. Switzerland is expensive as it is so don't agree with the 1CF fee to pay by credit card.

The location is fantastic, price and staff not so much. Decently clean, you need to rent bedsheets and towels which adds to the cost. Wifi good, rooftop terrace lovely. Outlets in dorms badly placed.

No elevator, no 24hr check-in/check-out, shares building with other restaurant kitchens, extremely small room for 6 bed dorms and 4 such rooms on each floor with just two shower and toilet stalls. There was a sink in the room which started popping water back at night!

The lady and the guy at the reception were exceptional. They are really nice people! Zurich is super expensive so this was a good place to stay with a good location compared to other places nearby. There are wite a few stairs to the room however it was probably a good thing to work off all the party drinks. All in all a great experience.
