Average stay. Reception is only open 8-11am, then 3-10pm. So it closes for four hours in the middle of the day, at the time most travellers arrive! Worse still, even though the reception staff were around, they refused to check us in despite it only taking ten minutes. We could chill and use wifi/leave our bags, but very inconvenient. Another negative is no wifi in rooms, only in reception. But nice place, rooftop seating area lovely to have drinks on. Decent showers. Lockers in room
The Hostel in the very city center so the location is great! Also the staff was really kind and efficient and gave me a couple of things I needed (such as a padlock or an adapter) as well as good advices. The room I was in was very noisy and I had to buy earplugs. Also, there is wifi only in the common room (very small, so expect it to be hard to find a seat) and the connection is really bad. Overall, I would say that it offers a fair deal for what you pay (Zurich is VERY expensive)
The hostel was a bit difficult to find at first, you had to know what you were looking for. The primary issue I found was that the wifi was only available in the common area. Instead of folks sitting in the common area looking to talk/meet people, they spent the entire time on their phones or laptops. Security was excellent and the kitchen was nice. Staff was friendly enough, but were only available during certain hours.
The hostel had no lift, so I had to pull my heavy suitcase up the stairs... Also, the wifi didn't work. Other people also said that their wifi didn't work.
위치도괜찮았고 스탭이 매우 친절해서 기분좋았습니다ㅠㅠ♡ 가격대비 완전만족했습니다.

Hostel was dirty, bathrooms were unclean, really basic facilities and terrible wifi. Was fine for a night but any longer I wouldn't have been okay with.
The hostel is in a great location with everything close by. There is also a communal area with wifi access, which brought all of the travellers together. There were plenty of leaflets and information available as well as games for entertainment.
it was in a good location but zurich is a very expensive city! and be prepared to climb a lot of stairs to get in/out of hostel. hostel was nice enough, met some cool people but atmosphere is a bit odd as you can only get wifi in the lobby which turns that room into a zombie phone club. shower was small and room I stayed in was also small but you get what you pay for. the host was really nice though and made sure everyone was OK.
The hostel offer what you essentially need, and no more.but for the price we paid it was absolutely enough.i recommend it for young people visiting Amsterdam.
Great location for the heart of Zurich. Staff was laid back and helpful. Lockers were good, beds were nice. Had to pay for sheets and towels. Nice rooftop hangout spot, yet it should stay open past 10pm. The stairs just to get to reception is a trek. If you have rolling luggage you'll regret it. Home to the most awkward meeting room because it is filled with people, yet it's silent. Everyone is crammed into a relatively tiny room just for the wifi. Definitely a sight to be seen. Overall A-.
average hostel. wifi only "works" in common room which is tiny and then still i could only connect twice in a three night stay. staff helpful and good location but reception closes for 4 hours during the day which isn't ideal if you arrive before check in and wanna store luggage
Too expensive. Wifi only in main lobby. And a very cramped atmosphere. Sheets aren't even included!
Located in an excellent locality in Zurich. Very close to the main train station. The bathrooms were not clean. Overall a good hostel in general.
The one thing I'll say is I thought this was the city backpackers chain which it was not. So I was expecting something much different. Wifi only worked in a tiny tiny room and only having certain hours for reception was a huge pain because half the time in those hours there was no one there.
Staff wasn't very polite when we asked questions about the area. Other than that, just a typical hostel.
Not a great idea if you have heavy bags: as there's no lift, I had to carry mine all the way to the fourth floor. Their page says they have luggage storage, but that's more of a kind receptionist willing to keep your bags there. As I had an early flight and the reception closes at night, it was impossible to store my bags there. The location is VERY central, which is good but also means it's a bit loud. They could invest in a place to hang clothes in the showers or something.
This hostel is in a good location but very expensive for what the room is. You can only get wifi in one small room
Hostel is located up about 3 flights of stairs and upwards to rooms. The staff are excellent and very helpful. Each floor had shared bathrooms, showers and a kitchen. I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the showers and toilets. The hostel was easy to get to from the train station and is very central.
The staff were so friendly and helpful with all our questions. There were kitchens to cook in on all floors and the rooftop balcony was nice to sit on
