It has a great location. It stays on a very famous road, which means there's always people, normally turist, and it's very safe until late. Nice people.

The only good thing about this hostel is the location...I would only stay here if you are REALLY strapped for cash and only for 1 night! I stayed in the 6 bed dorm, it was so small and cramped, prison cells appear to have more room...Bathrooms were dirty and smelled of urine...The lady at the front desk was very unfriendly and unhelpful...I was so displeased with my stay, that I went to another hostel before my check out day!!!!

there is no heating in the hostel and in wintertime is not a pleausre. The staff is cold and doesn't give any suggestion. The hostel is clean and cheap but for 2 euros more you can have very nice hostels with greatt atmosphere, good location and good staff with breakfast included!

What I really loved about the hostel was the location - very close to the metro and - as the name says - city center. Unfortunatelly the room was very small and cramped. It was also quite cold at night. Another inconvenience was the amount of bathrooms - only 2 for all the rooms. To sum up, the price was very good so if you need just a place to sleep for couple of hours it's a good choice.

great hostel, nice staff, everything is new and clean. the location couldn't be more central, which has it's obvious perks and downsides

+ location - STAFF (the girl was horrible, mean and arrogant, when she lead me to my room in the middle of the night she turned on lights in the bedroom while others were sleeping as if when you pay less you deserve less tolerant treating and less comfort?) atmosphere- which the hostel lacks also because the rooms with bunk beds are very small To sum up i do not recommend anyone to stay in this hostels, there are many other lovely and better hostels in Lisboa for the same price.

This was a small hostel right in the centre of Lisbon and there was very little space in the dorm and the only place for meeting fellow travellers was in the kitchen. It advertised as having wifi and internet but did not have any internet unless one could avail of the wifi. There was no security or keys and it was possible for anybody to walk in off the street. The lady in reception from Nepal was helpful and the hostel was clean, cheap and convenient and suitable for just a sleep.

The localization is great, really close to all the tourist things, but not very safe. The door was open when we got there, after midnight. The receptionist was not very welcoming and professional. It says that it's open 24h, but when we got there she was sleeping and in a really bad mood. We left at 8 in the morning and had to wake her up again to do the check out. .The whole atmosphere was a little strange, but the place is really cheap so it worked out for us.
