+ location - STAFF (the girl was horrible, mean and arrogant, when she lead me to my room in the middle of the night she turned on lights in the bedroom while others were sleeping as if when you pay less you deserve less tolerant treating and less comfort?) atmosphere- which the hostel lacks also because the rooms with bunk beds are very small To sum up i do not recommend anyone to stay in this hostels, there are many other lovely and better hostels in Lisboa for the same price.

This was a small hostel right in the centre of Lisbon and there was very little space in the dorm and the only place for meeting fellow travellers was in the kitchen. It advertised as having wifi and internet but did not have any internet unless one could avail of the wifi. There was no security or keys and it was possible for anybody to walk in off the street. The lady in reception from Nepal was helpful and the hostel was clean, cheap and convenient and suitable for just a sleep.

The localization is great, really close to all the tourist things, but not very safe. The door was open when we got there, after midnight. The receptionist was not very welcoming and professional. It says that it's open 24h, but when we got there she was sleeping and in a really bad mood. We left at 8 in the morning and had to wake her up again to do the check out. .The whole atmosphere was a little strange, but the place is really cheap so it worked out for us.

You enter the hostel through a kiosk. Until midnight everyone can enter the hostel and access the rooms as well as the facilities. So there is no security at all. But there's a luggage room locked by the staff. No one checks if you're a guest or not so you don't even have to check out, you just leave. Location is awesome. Towels and sheets are provided. You can have a pancake or toast for breakfast coffee or tea.

The location of the Hostel is supercentral which is good, but also brings a lot of noise at night. The 6 bed dorms are really tiny,so it is hard to store your stuff & pretty crammed in there. The whole Hostel is quite dark & not very homy.Kitchen and the balcony lead to a ugly backyard. The receptionist that registered me didnt speak neither Eng. nor Portuguese well. The whole atmosphere was a little strange & not very welcoming, but if you just need a cheap, central place to sleep, its bearable.

This hostel is awesome! Staff is friendly, there's a nice atmosphere and all rooms have a balcony with a view from Rua Augusta, one of the most beautiful Lisbon's streets. The localisation of this Hostel is just perfect, you can go to Bairro Alto in less than 10 minutes by walking (place where all the bars are). They give towels and there is shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom, for free! The only con is that the rooms are too small and you don't have much space to walk freely. I recommend.

Especially helpful staff and a very central location. An excellent stay overall.

This hostel is located right where the action is at for a VERY affordable price. The entrance is through a souvenir shop, there are no locks on the doors and staff is largely busy and inattentive, so make sure your belongings are secure! Though they have a closet you can store your valuables, I wouldn't... They leave it open/with the key in the lock most of the day. Two bathrooms (two showers) in the whole facility, so you need to be strategic. Great location, good value, I'd stay again!

We were not that happy with the hostel. Location in Rua Augusta is really great to explore the town. On the other hand it's impossible to try to get some sleep before midnight because of the noise. Facilities are ok, but 6 bed dorm is really tiny and bathroom was flooding. But the worst thing about the hostel was security. There is no lock in front door, no in dorm rooms and no lockers at all. Anyone can walk in to the hostel and staff will not propably even notice it.

amazing location, right in the centre of Lisbon! nice and clean rooms. unfortunately the girl at the reception wasn't very helpful when we arrived, maybe she was new.. the next day we got luckier with another staff member. recommendable because it's a good, cheap and central hostel!

Location was great but staff was kind of snobby. There are only two bathrooms in the whole hostel.
