Only con for our stay was that the internet was inaccessible on the 3rd floor. ): Besides that, LOVED everything. So clean and great location!

Nice place super close to the bus station. A bit run down maybe but still good for a few nights sleep. Comfy beds, nice bed lamp, clean bathroom and helpful nice staff.

Alright here, nothing special but comfy and close to night market. Only stayed a night so was just passing through, would stay again. Dorms were comfy, could have a few more fans but wasn't too bad. Nice and close to the bus station too which is handy.

Very central hostel and very clean, we even stayed a few extra days. Some lively pubs nearby (coconut bar) which was great as the common area was quiet during our stay.

Nice clean hostel with good rooms and facilities. Right next to the night market so it's in a good location, I didn't stay for long but city home was a good place to stay.

Stayed here for only 1 night but it was quite enjoyable. Literally a minute walk from the bus station which made arriving and departing quite convenient. Comfortable bed with light and socket, and showers had hot water and toilets had toilet paper, as we all know is a luxury out here. If Chiang Rai had a bit more to offer I definitely would've stayed more than one night here! No bunk beds either, just multiple solo beds which was a nice touch.

Great location. We got upgraded when we arrived so we stayed in our own private room. It was perfect for just 1 night and we were barely in the room. It was a bit dirty though and would be a bit boring for travellers. We only really stayed here because the hostel our friends were in was book up. It was more than fine though.

Good value for your money. Rooms are outdated but clean. Brand new flatscreen T.V's. Beds are decent. Friendly and helpful staff. No common area except a few tables outside. Nice location within walking distance from the OLD bus station and city center/ clocktower. Was given a private room with one bed switched to a different room (302) with two single beds and it was double the size and made for a much nicer stay.

I got bed bug bites. Sucks. Employee Oody is helpful and friendly, but I wouldn't stay there again. It's very close to night bazaar.

A good place to crash quietly for a few nights. Peaceful with a good location extremely close to the night market, bus station, bars, and tourist mainstays like western food and massages.

City Home has a great location right next to the bus station and the Night Bazaar. However, we were really disappointed in the room. The blankets and curtains looked old and worn, and all the furniture was scratched, chipped, and falling apart. The room had a really musky smell to it. We did have a nice little balcony and TV, and the wifi worked fine for us. While it was kind of nice to have the night bazaar close, they do have live music until close to midnight, which was right outside our roo

Nice hostel, clean, and really close to the bus station, they help you out to plan activities in chiang rai.

Rooms okay, very good location near the night market and local bus station. Staff's English was very poor, they could not give any helpful advice for sightseeing and had no city maps available. No breakfast included, no room service! Okay, if you need a place to sleep for one or two nights.
