Nice clean and warm room. Missing facility to make tea/coffee.

Good location, but staff were indifferent to the point of rudeness... Not even a smile for the 2 nights we stayed there. We had ordered a 'double' room, and we got 2 singles, which we were told to just push together. Otherwise good value. If you're just looking for a place to sleep, it's fine. I do, however, recommend you go instead to Vienna. A much nicer city... but more expensive. If you're sticking to Bratislava, it's definitely worth going to the Slovak Pub, just down the road.

The beds were very hard and quite uncomfortable.

The location was perfect. The room was very clean, and good value for mone. The matresses were a bit thin but I slept very well. There was liquid soap but no individual ones for the shower, but again no problem. I'd recommend the place and would stay there again.

Main complain: no wireless and the staff is not friendly, the least I can say. Other than that, the hostel was great.

some staff were horrible, aggresive. The location is great, it's a clean and quiet place. It's not for people who want to party.

The structure is perfect. Open 24/h...the room is clear and confortable. The position of the hostel is perfect...in the middle of the walking zone, less than 2 minutes far from the real downtown. I'll back there

Worst hostel ever. This is no backpacker hostel but a cheap hotel instead. We booked a double room and we got a extremely dirty twin room. When I made a complaint at the reception, I got heavily insulted by some drunken man (@ 3pm) who was hanging out there. The receptionist was not able to solve my problem or to respond in any way. I try to speak to the manager (Rudolf Richter) but he was not present during our stay. By the way we paid 53Euro whereas the local price was only 40. Dont do this!!!
