Helpful staff, spotless and very close to main station. One of the best.

Perfectly adequate for travelers except for the extreme heat. It was so hot! But clean and easy to find. I'd stay again.

They are not ready for the heat at all. One small fan for a 4 people room made it impossible to sleep

hostel was subpar. it was very hot and rather cramped. its close to the lake, but old town is a bit of a hike.

This hostel is in a great location - a block away from the main train station, just a few bus stops away from Old Town Geneva and the Nations area with the Red Cross Museum and United Nations office. A major perk was that the hostel provided public transportation passes for us throughout our stay. The rooms are small but clean, there is a small common area for guests to use. Kitchen on each floor with a lockable fridge drawer and cabinet, but we were never provided with a key? Might need to ask.

Really helpful team. we arrived after midnight and were able to arrange key pick up, no problem. breakfast was great - homemade apricot jam ... to die for!! Very useful location, next to the train station and bus terminal.

Surprised by the lack of help by the staff. Couldn't be more unhelpful. I would question the authenticity of some of the reviews after our stay. Very over priced for what it is. Rooms very small and extremely hot. Couldn't wait to leave.

Very clean, well organised and comfortable hostel. It's a big hostel ran like a well oiled machine. It has all the facilities you need. Only downside is not that much opportunity to socialise.

I was actually really surprised with clean the restrooms were at this hostel. However, you share the restrooms with several other rooms and it can get pretty crowded. The room itself was excruciatingly hot and there is no A/C. Wasn't too impressed with the location of the hostel, it's not in the greatest neighborhood. The fact that it's only a 15 minute walk from Lac Léman makes up for it though!

Not a bad location. About ten minutes from the lake , tidy hostel and helpful staff but just quite expensive

We were in this hostel during the heat wave (July 2015). NO AC. We had a fan in the room but it didn't matter. Sleeping was pretty miserable since the rooms are so small and no ventilation or air from the windows when they are open.

Nice hostel, annoying location. About 10 min walk from train station, and you can walk to the lake, but far from any other sights. They give you free bus passes though, so you could bus around. The area of town it is in is busy, and very dirty and smelly. Not a place to spend time. Also I slept on the 3rd floor dorm and the temp didn't drop below 80'F all night, so it was an uncomfortable sleep.

I had a nice stay here, but it felt a bit more like a hotel than a hostel. Not much by way of community activities activities. But the location can't be beat - right in the middle of town and walkable to all major points of interest in Geneva. Prices were really high, but Switzerland is a pricy country so it's to be expected. Would stay again if I wasn't traveling solo.

Flabbergasted at the immaculately clean bathrooms. Merci!! Also, excellent mattress and crisp, clean sheets. I appreciated the addition of the fan as it was a very hot night . Encore, merci beaucoup!

I only stayed here briefly for one night and it was pleasant enough. I can see how the atmosphere is not social but I didn't have a problem with it. The rooms and facilities were basic but meet my needs exactly so no complaints.

Great location, close to all the main attractions. It was nice to have three person dorms with a kitchen on every floor.

Was a fine place to stay in Geneva, not really great for meeting people though as no-one goes to the common areas
