The staff was very helpful and the security, with the main entrance opening with the key and the spacious lockers, were great!

City Hostel Geneva was a really great place to stay! I had a single room, and it was clean, had a sink in the room, and plenty of room to put my stuff. It is a huge hostel that doesn't have a huge amount of personality, but it is a great deal, and it is centrally located in the Paquis district, right across the river from all the historic sights.

The only thing I have dificults in this Hostel was the reception. I was receveid really bad, the only problem is the staff. All receptionists has a really bad humor and does not help us, does not try to help us with simple turist information.

Very nice hostel!

The best hostel I have known in all my eurotrip! They gave me a free bus and tram ticket (included train ticket to airport), it's fantastic. Good location, good service, nice staff, they could speak to me in Spanish, so I felt confortable, like in home. Also, if you want, you can buy Suiss chocolates and souvenirs. I recommed it definitely!

Good location, near the main station & the lake. The hostel was clean, safe, tidy and the wi-fi was free. It was very cold in side the room No 118. The blanket was very thin, I slept near the heat system but It took me one hour to feel warm. The male staff was polite & could able to speak multilingual, but he didn't know what is a smile. From 12 PM to 01 PM, there was no staff to open the door.

A good hostel if you're looking for clean rooms and central location, and the staff is great. The kitchen and shower place are kinda small though. Btw you get an free unlimited travel card during yiur stay as well, which is really impressive and useful.

A very well organised and run hostel. Staff very helpful and rooms and bathrooms were very clean. A good 5 minute walk from the station, however trams are regular. Kitchen facilities are good, which is good if you wish to avoid expensive Swiss prices eating out. Each night they play a movie in the common area, which is a good opportunity to meet people. Breakfast not provided. We were very happy with our stay at City Hostel Geneva.

Great hostel that can compete with good hotels. Everything you may need is there even fans in showers! Kitchens provide you also with everything you may need. Was pleased to see free products (smth that does not get out of order for a long time: cereals, spaghetti... Will recomment to my friends!!!

I hate the bed spread

This place is great value for the price. It is VERY clean. Especially all the common areas which were absolutely spotless! What really blew me away was the cheap parking (only CHF 10 per day), which was amazing since parking in Geneva is some of the most expensive in Switzerland (some places charge over CHF 60 for 12 hours!). I highly recommend this place!

Perfect location with good staff. The knife sold here is the best price in Geneva. No breakfast provided, need to find other places.

Nice hostel. Very clean. Good location to the downtown and old town. The gave us two cards to use the tram/bus for the time we were staying. Very nice of them. Free WiFi.

This was my first hostel experience and it was a very good on. I would definitely return and suggest it to others.
