Expensive for what you get, but Geneva is expensive. Lots of noise outside the building at 5am. Kitchen facilities very small if more than one person is cooking. Staff helpful and friendly. Handy being a few minutes walk from the train station.

Nice hostel, clean, security is taken seriously, perfect location, very nice (friendly and helpful) staff... But I feel that there is a very strong contradiction between the sign at the entrance that reads "hostel for young people" and the prices/value for money [85swiss francs (80€ or 84$) per night to have to walk down 10 doors to get to the bathroom or showers seems excessive].

I loved Geneva. The location was excellent, only a brief walk from Cornavin train station and trams. I also received a free day pass on trams with my stay which was an unexpected delight and extremely thoughtful. The rooms were clean, the kitchen was spotless and I was able to use the computer for free while also leaving my luggage in their oversized lockers. I'm coming back.

Clean, big and comfortable.

Great, and would have been even better if the top bunk had [1} a bedside light, and [2] a shelf (or even just a couple of hooks) to hold a water bottle, watch, phone, book, etc.

On the downside the place is expensive, there are ads everywhere, and they've definitely set up some sneaky ways to take your money from you (most notably they give you a tiny towel and then put up ads for renting large ones). I also struggled to sleep because the mattress was uncomfortable and the walls are thin. Things I liked were individual lockers in the fridge, English language movies each night, free public transport pass, professional cleaning on a daily basis, and the book exchange.

Everything is expensive in Geneva, this is a cheap stay for Geneva standards. The free card for public transport is great.

Good place to stay for a few nights , it was the cheapest in Geneva. Feels more like a hotel then a hostel. Not much atmosphere for meeting people but you can still have a good time with the people in your room. Kitchen was nice because eating in Geneva can be very expensive. Bathrooms were clean. 5 min walk from the train station , 5 min walk to the lake and fountain.

Good value for Switzerland. I wish that the bathrooms were bigger, but that is a normal hostel gripe. Staff was pretty average but they did their jobs.

This hostel was REALLY expensive - but it's Geneva, so everything is! However, the hostel was clean and comfortable and having a kitchen was a huge bonus - we saved a ton of money by not having to eat out.

The reception was available only within certain hours which made it difficult to solve any issues, ask questions or leave/arrive outside these hours. The rooms are very small and I saw only two showers for the entire floor, which contains many multiple room-mates rooms. There are also only 3 toilettes for too many people. Two of them turned nonfunctional by the end of the day, and the third impossible to use due to very poor hygiene. The time-passing room was small and noisy (many people).

Location is OK, there is a kitchen which is avaliable until 11pm. The hostel is good for Geneve. Therefore, if it is compared to other city hostels, it does not worth the money.

WIFI WORKS PERFECTLY. Please note the reception opening time though. FROM 7:30-12:00,13:00-24:00 midnight.
