Had an excellent stay...everything was clean and accessible.....with a few showers/restrooms and kitchen on each level, as well as a cinema!....staff were more than helpful....only thing that could be improved was the fact that you have to make you're own bed, and the pillows lack thickness.... I'll def stay here again....thanks city hostel!

Good place to just chill out after a long day. No loud parties but plenty of friendly guests to kick back and have a chat with.

Excellent location. Close to almost everything. Sleeping beds are not comfortable, making noises all night long even with just the lightest move. Floor also makes squeaky sounds with every step, no matter how careful we step on it. Really not a good condition for light sleeper. En suite bathroom is not user friendly. No hook, no racks. Had to put clothes on the toilet tank. Very inconvenient.

There is a reason this Hostel has such a high rating and that is because they clearly take pride in their service and upkeep. Clean, lots of bathrooms and pride in the building. Only thing I'll say is that the beds, while clean, weren't super comfortable and were a little short for a tall guy. Would definitely stay again.

awesome theatre so as it inevitably rains in seattle you can always watch a flick downstairs. Close to markets and not a bad kitchen to cook meals. Not much atmosphere but it was off peak.

The staff was welcoming, friendly, and really helpful when it came to recommending things to see and places to go in Seattle. We've had a delicious Thanksgiving Dinner in really good company and a very enjoyable stay.

A wonderful safe, clean, easy accesible hostel- so close to downtown and the bars/restaurants. I found it more of a quieter hostel, not many organised social activities for those travelling solo to meet others , however was overall a really nice place to relax and be close to downtown so i would definately stay there again

Perfect hostel to stay. Stuff very friendly and answer every question you have. There was a Halloween Party with free beer and snacks, very cool. The hostel is the cleaniest I´ve ever seen and there 3 kitchen and a plenty of bathrooms and showers. The breakfast is very good, with toast, jam, peanut butter, fruits, cereals, coffee, tea and milk. Round about a perfect place to stay.

Clean, nice dorm, with basin and lockers inside. All rooms diferently decorated. Restrooms very clean and new,all facilities were actually new and clean. Cinema room and free internet, new computers. One of the best hostels I've stayed in! The neibourhood isn't that central and looks a little empty and desolate at night, but it's the only inconvenience.

Very cool, artsy hostel. Plenty to do. Good location - right near the Crocodile Cafe! Slightly dodgy area, lots of homeless people etc but we never felt unsafe. If I returned to Seattle I would stay here again.

The staff at the hostel were very friendly and helpful, the room was the biggest I've stayed in on my trip so far. It was also almost half the price of a room in NYC or SF. There seems to be a good community feel at the hostel too, everyone eats breakfast together, show movies in the evening with open mic nights too. However, I wasn't prepared for the sheer number of dealers in the neighbourhood!!! No I'm not looking for anything, thanks for asking. As soon as it gets dark, they all come out.
