I had fun, you can walk to Pike Place Market and the Space Needle.

Great Hostel - in a really good part of Seattle. Walking distance to the Seattle Centre, Pike Place Market, Bars, Restaurants, Capitol Hill. Everything you could need. Great Staff, nice rooms, Jacuzzi, theatre in the basement.

This hostel is excellent. I don't usually say such things about hostels. But, this one exceeded my expectations by far. I would recommend this to everyone!

Best thing about the hostel is the staff!! The girl who helped us out the reception was really friendly, welcoming and gave us lots of great tips on what to do in Seattle in a day. The rooms could do with a bit of more furniture, but overall the hostel is clean and has great facilities.

Incredible hostel, best I'v ever stayed in

This was one of the best hostels I've ever stayed in. It was very clean the staff were really friendly and helpful and there was a good free breakfast. Also free internet and great location. Only downside was that the rooms were a bit hot and there was a chicken outside that woke us up clucking away every morning not sure if it belonged to the hostel or not.

Best Hotel I've ever been! Friendly Service, good breakfast, Check out at 11am, very close to the centre!

I would like to recommend that anyone thinking of staying at this particular hostel make sure that they will not have any last minute problems The staff was unable to be flexible and thus were unhelpful which is truly a shame since the hostel looks great on the website. I didn't get to stay there due to last minute changes and since I have no receipt or record of what changed my plans I still had to pay for the night.

T.J. at the desk was so welcoming and helpful. All the staff were knowledgable about the area restaurants, shops, sites, etc. The artwork in my room (301) was really beautiful.

WOW what more can you want from a hostel, from the moment I walked through the door I instantly felt welcome by the staff who were friendly, polite and very informative about the hostel. Full of character due to the art deco paintings on the walls and the people working there. Really clean and well kept and the rooms are light clean and beds comfortable. Well located and very secure and to top it all off there is a hot tub. Best hostel I have ever stayed in.

There didn't seem to have any mingling activities. I traveled alone, so meeting other travelers would have been fun. I don't know, organized game nights, a lounge with a pool table or something. Maybe these are available, but weren't obvious. (Or maybe everyone was boring).

Cool hostel with nice facilities and very clean rooms, however maybe not as much atmosphere as other hostels in the area but I guess it is also really close to a lot of really cool pubs and clubs.

Hostel was very clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. Lots of great restaurants and pubs locally with something different going on each night. If you are looking for a full night sleep, may not be the best choice. Our room was very warm so we needed to keep the window open, which meant all of the outside noise came in keeping us awake most of the night. I would stay again in the fall/winter when I knew the windows would stay closed!

Great hostel! Staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Place had a good vibe and was smack in the middle of downtown Seattle. I would definitely stay there again. Thanks, City Hostel!

A great hostel in a fab location, halfway between the Space Needle and Pike Market. The staff are really friendly and helpful and the rooms are so clean.
