The hostel was awesome. Especially, the location was the best. You can go to many travel attractions easily on foot. They were kind as well, but they spoke English too fast to understand for foreign people. For me, it was okay but my sister couldn't understand them clearly. Bathrooms were nice but the number of bathrooms was few. So, I had to line up to use bathroom in the morning. The other things were awesome such as cheap price, cleanness, facilities and so on.

Such friendly staff and I loved the artwork on the walls!

Great hostel in a great location. Good value!

The communal area was really just a lobby and there wasn't a great push towards social events. Some staff were great and gave brilliant recommendations, but, others seemed annoyed you were even there! The wi-fi didn't work at all! We were informed "it doesn't work on all devices" with no apology or attempt to fix it - we tried it on four devices and it didn't work on any of them! Really not good enough - it's a known issue so should be fixed or taken off the advertised facilities.

Exceptionally good hostel. Professionally managed, excellent and helpful staff, very good security check on those entering the hostel and roomy lockers in the key-card accessed rooms. Bathrooms and showers spotless. Good breakfast with plenty of fresh fruit, cereals, toast, coffee, and tea. Exceptionally clean dishes and utensils sanitized in dishwasher operated by staff after guests rinse items. Streaming WiFi was excellent at back of building, 2nd floor even during times of high usage.

appreciated locked, gated and razor-wired bike security area.

Nice building, private rooms are nice and big with a lot of closets. Poor breakfast and not enough available seats and tables. I think the breakfast should start from 7:30 in order not to be all at the same time.

Great set up, really nice touch with the artwork and good social areas. Unfortunately the people staying around the same time as me were a little more reserved or always away from the hostel unlike most other hostel I stayed in across the states. Surely not like this all the time but otherwise a good place to stay

Very friendly and helpful staff. Only stayed for one night but would stay again in the future if I come back to Seattle. Thanks to the great team!

**WARNING THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOSTEL** That being said, this is a great hostel. The facilities are great, the staff is friendly and professional. They keep it very clean, and make sure everyone who walks in shows their key cards. So the fact that the area around the hostel is pretty boring (expensive and full of yuppies), most of the people who came to party actually gather around the front area of the hostel at about 9pm. Try and meet people and share a cab to Capitol Hill, would be my advice.

The hostel was great, very centrally located. The staff was helpful and informative. Breakfast was great and the tables out front were great as well.

All good. Only suggestion would be to start breakfast earlier than 8am

The hotel was in a convenient location. It was walking distance from the Clipper ferry terminal. The downside was that the hostel was on a noisy street with nightclubs/karaoke bar. There were many loud cars driving by and rowdy people shouting on the street. The rooms were also very warm. There also wasn't any water bottles available for purchase which would have been nice.

Awesome location - very handy to Victoria Clipper and to the Seattle Centre where so much of the cities highlights are. Most of the staff were friendly & helpful. Very clean and great to have entertainment opportunities (2 nights out of the 6 I was there - a movie night and an open mic). Basic breakfast provided.

Nice hostel in excellent location. Staff were very friendly! The rooms were good sizes and all had lockers which was very handy. Breakfast was a great bonus too! Only thing lacking was a real atmosphere in the hostel. Would stay there again.
