The least pleasant place we stayed on our Balkans trip. Filthy living space and bathrooms - really disgusting. Building work being done, which we weren't told about - if we had wanted to spend any time in the hostel during the day it would have been disruptive. V thin (plywood?) wall between the 4 bed dorm and the living area so you can hear everything. Beds v uncomfortable due to being so old. Location poor, have to walk along main roads to get into town. We left early and were glad to get out.

The host was very kind and helpful. The outside terrace was also very nice. And the breakfast was included and also we could eat left breakfast food at anytime we want. The host prepared the breakfast in the evening for the guests who leave early in the morning. The Wifi worked good. There is one computer that you can use freely.

Lovely stay, thanks for all your hospitality, just a slight comment, that in our shared bathroom there is a door to the balcony of another room. There is not a lot of privacy as the frosting on the window does not cover the entire window and so people on the balcony can see you on the toilet and in the shower!! I think this is an easy problem to solve and would have greatly improved our stay. Also the floor in the shower is very damaged.

very friendly, helpful staff, in a nice no-traffic back street, easy to reach both old town as well as railway and bus stations on foot. The atmosphere is home like, and I came back this year twice.

It’s within easy walking distance of the town centre. Try to print a detailed map showing the street names before going to the hostel for the first time. To walk from the hostel to the bus/train station I found that it took 20-25 minutes (walking quite fast with luggage). It wasn’t very quiet in my room due to a TV just outside, although it was switched off just before 11pm. Nice and warm. Very friendly, helpful staff; they left out breakfast the evening before for an early departure.
