A hostel without a fridge or microwave? Could have stayed in a cheap hotel for not much more money and had more amenities. No wifi in lounge? That was weird. No wifi in our room either but they fixed that within 24 hrs. Room needs a window that opens, very stuffy and gets very musty in bathroom as no fresh air. Room smelled bad when we arrived but again, just needed airing out. Was clean. Front desk woman at Von stackelberg hotel which is where u have to check in to city hotel was very nice.
A decent price to stay for a night but other wise..... the wifi wasn't working at all (only 2 minutes at time and only one of our group could use that). The bathroom was smelling strongly when we arrived and the shower wasn't working - we had to take the shower under the tap. We booked 3 bed private but found out that it was an average twin bed private plus a horrible extra bed (which had brown stained bed sheets...). For a breakfast you have to pay 8 (!!) euros....
We are very pleased with our stay in general and especially we would like to thank the staff that was very friendly and helpful with everything.
