They don\'t know the first thing about running a hotel, namely the peace and quiet of the guests. The staff would regularly wake everyone up early in the morning, as they would charge onto the floors, shouting loudly, using their cell phones and banging around. They would ring the housemaids on each floor too. All with no regard to the peace and quiet of the guests. It was literally unbelievable. Upon complaining, they would bow and promise to fix the problem, but they generally did nothing.
