I suppose that if you're just here for shopping, it's a good location. I don't like to shop, and otherwise this place was a nightmare! Boxed into a 6 ft cube while indoors, and boxed in by hawkers from shops outdoors, there was no rest to be had. The cafes in the building are as expensive as restaurants in central but not as good. You have to take transit far away just to breathe... I saw the room before I paid, but it was raining hard and my foot was hurt so I stayed in spite of the room.

The room set up in apartment. They separate many room in one big room. It's clean + safe but very small. the location is perfect for who is shop loving. You can took MTR mongkok explore every where. The price is Not too expensive (if compare with another hostel)

THERE IS A SERIOUS BED BUG PROBLEM! Although we moved rooms in the hope that it was just the one the second room we were moved to was even worse. Myself and my girlfriend are covered in bites and we couldnt sleep at all. This is only icing on the cake in what is the worst hostel we stayed at in 4 months. The rooms, ( Im used to tiny asian rooms) are a joke. I dont normally rant however I think it is important to warn you not to stay here. Try Kyoto Hostel instead we loved it, and HK.

The location of the place is very convenient as it is located right at the center of mongkok, MTR station is just around 2minutes walk. There are also very near international food chains around like McDonald's and Starbucks plus 7/11 is just right in front of the hostel bldg. We stayed in family ensuite room and it is good for 3 pax. The room is clean and the toilet itself. However, I recommend bringing your own towel, toiletries, and a small blanket as the hostel doesnt properly provides those

This hostel is ok, but the staff is terrible, we reserved a room and when we arrived this staff was rude and even if we pay for the reservation and the 1night they still wants us to be out (at 1am) and keep on insisiting that the 10% reservation that we pay was not their profit but went to this website Stay out on this hostel, very rude and fraud

location:just at the side of the Mongkok metro station, very easy to go anywhere in hongkong, but for the first time very hard to find. and for us, if the location had been Kamchong Oder Central, our trip would have been still easier to manage. the stuffs were nice, only that they were not easy to find.24h reception was like some kind of saying..price: economic, facilities: full equipped. though very small and not so clean, it worth the price

Difficult to review because we were moved on the second night to a completely different hostel! The other hostel was owned by City Plus owner's father and is in the same block of apartments, but is most definitely not the same hostel. It looks nothing like the pictures of City Plus, and when I raised this with her father he just said 'You couldn't possibly have booked online; we don't have a website!'. No ventilation, cockroaches, bedbugs, unhelpful staff/propreitors.

Took a double room. Had a wonderful time. Everything was perfectly clean and functional. Room and private shower made excellent use of available space. Nights were very quiet. Dina was always friendly and helpful, and available from early till late. Extended my stay from the original 2 days up to a week.

in Mong Kok, close to the subway, good location, tons of interesting stuff nearby. Our room didn't have a window, which is normal for the region though. Hostel is especially clean, they give good offers for Hongkong attractions and the staff is friendly and helpful.

One of the cheaper hostels in the Kowloon area but it shows in the quality. We were staying in a 4-bed family room and I don't think I've ever seen a room that reminded me more of Tetris. The toilets were clean enough however, there was air conditioning and it was smack in the middle of Kowloon. If you're on a tight budget this is a good place but for an additional €5 you could be staying at something way better.

Great experience! Friendly staff and awesome location. Good facilities. Only minor complaint is the slowness of the wifi particularly on the 14th floor.

My room is wthout a window.bed and bathroom is just 1-2 metre away. Food and MTR is not a issue. When I alighted at bus stop 6 (Mong Kok Station) it took me some times to find the building. This building has got 2 entrance and the address is wrritten with very small wordings.
