The room is clean even it's small. The staff ate Dina is very helpful and friendly. The location was great it's very near at mongkok mtr station 2 mins walk if you exit D2. Near also to A21 bus station, going to Airport. Near to shopping centers like H&M, night market, ladies market. Definitely you will enjoy the place!

I travelled here from Chicago, Il. with 2 other people and even though it was small for US standards, it was perfect for what we needed. We took the subway to the Buddha, IFC in Hong Kong Island, TST, everywhere! so convenient and I never felt that my luggage was NOT safe. I am used to the subways in Chicago (\"el\") so I had no problems getting around. FYI (for your information) Dragon Inn, A-Inn, and Custom House is all the same building.- Tiny bathroom/shower but A+ lodging.

Great service from Ms. Dina the Filipina staff :) location is also great, just a few minutes from the Mongkok MTR. Room and cr is a bit small but that is already expected from HK hostels... security is also ok..

Small, but pretty decent and cheap from what I've experienced and heard about in Hong Kong.

For a budget stay in a cool district look no futher, but dont expect social life. Its small rooms, where most have no window (but there is decent ventilation fans to the outside so it smells allright, and no windows mean less street noise), but I guess thats just Hong Kong for you. Its clean, the beds are good, the staff friendly, and flexible, and hooks up real easy with the bus to the airport (A21), as well as the MTR (Mong Kok stop). The best thing is the location: smack in amazing Mong Kok!!

I stayed in a room with two twin beds. Great location next to MTR, and rooms were comfortable and clean, albeit very, very small (particularly bathrooms; I am 6'3" and barely fit in the bathroom). Dina the receptionist was wonderful and very helpful. Value was good when put in the context of Hong Kong being an expensive city. I'd recommend this place for someone looking for a great location and who spends their entire day out in Hong Kong and only needs a room to sleep and shower.

Dina greeted us like family! The location and the staff were excellent. The room bigger than most hostels, to be honest, but small none the less. There is a cafe on the 3rd floor that you can get great coffee in!

It's impossible to get much in Hong Kong on a backpacker's budget, at least as far as accommodation is concerned. City Plus Hostel is OK, my room had a fairly comfortable bed and a functioning shower but it was very small. In fact, it's the smallest room I've ever stayed in and I've spent around ten years living in hotels. If you want a cheap room that you only intend to sleep in then City Plus is fine but if you want to hang out during the day as well then you should look elsewhere.

Great, friendly service. Bed small, but firm. Room tiny, as expected from Hong Kong. They had a computer (always open) that you could use for the internet. The advantage over ChungKing Mansion: here, you do not have a small army of scary South Asian guys jumping on you as soon as you get out of the bus, and every time you go in and out. Also, you do not have to walk through alleys to get to the building. I preferred this over ChungKing Mansions!

Their location is the best, but when I checking out they allow me to leave my luggage until 16:30 only, otherwise they will have an additional cost.
