There was a marathon on the day that I wanted to check out, but the streets in the entire area around the hostel were closed from the early morning till late afternoon, which made it really hard. I wish they would have informed travelers earlier. On the other hand, the staff were really helpful in trying to help me work out parking and leaving during this time.

Pros: Pretty modern and clean hostel. Rooms are clean, and restroom/shower was clean. Had in-room lockers big enough for my carry-on luggage. Probably one of the better breakfasts I've had at any hostels I've been. Cons: Seems pretty family oriented. The hang-out area isn't very conducive to meeting people. No computer with free internet (gotta pay to use it). No free wi-fi (this really bothers me). No access to kitchen or water fountain after certain hours. Overall: meh.

The hostel was really clean, well heated and the rooms were lovely. Staff were super helpful, booked our taxi and let us hang around the hostel cos our flight was silly o'clock in the morning. Breakfast was brilliant! We walked across the bridge to the city centre and enjoyed the walk and the views, maybe a 20/25min walk. Not a great deal of atmosphere but think thats due to the size of the hostel. Overall a brilliant hostel if a bit on the dear side.
