The hotel is simple, but quite good. The room are nice, but you must ask some room that doesn't overlook the parking lot, otherwise i'll hear too much...

We have new beds, fresh linen, fluffy towels, digital colour TV, fridge ,tea,coofee,and Fans in all rooms. We have off street parking at a fee and a sunny roof top garden with Laundry and Kitchen.We are close to all Melbourne's top attractions including the MCG, Tennis centre, Rod Laver arena.
