It's good if you want to save money and stay near an interesting part of Colombo. Beware though that you get what you pay for. I suggest choosing the best rooms in the hotel, otherwise all cheaper ones are just more like cubicles with much noise from the surroundings.

The price for the doubleroom is ridiculous. We paid 20€ per night for a room thats is comparable for a 3$ room in India or Thailand. The bathroom was in a terrible condition. No sink and you can take a shower while using the toilet. I stayed in 300+ rooms in my years of trevelling and this room was one of the worst ever.

Hard to find, once there the taxi driver told us we should not go out walking here at night- it is in a bad neighbourhood. Did not feel safe around the area, and the hostel was really loud when people woke up at 5 am- no ceilings! It is meant for locals, and males. As a female, it was really uncomfortable

The rooms were small, but there were private rooms for single persons. The staff very accomodating and helpful.

This place would be a sufficient one night stopover considering its basic facilities and proximity to transport, however the bedroom walls do not reach the ceiling height and the night we stayed the noise was unbearable. Staff were speaking loudly and watching TV through the night. Guests were even louder than the staff at all hours of the night.. Staff are otherwise helpful.

Being a frequent traveler on a budget, I expect to get conditions for which I pay. This is a place I would never stay again even for free. The ceilings are open and noise travels. The linens were not clean. No top sheet. The facility was the worst I have seen in three years of traveling. The location was not ideal. I highly recommend NOT staying here. Not even for one night to make a connecting flight. The conditions are poor beyond words. It's a shady, creepy place.

great location and within walking distance to the Main Street, Railway & central bus station. I chose to stay in this motel as it was more convenient for me to walk to to the train / bus stations for my outstation travels to Kandy, Galle and Negombo . Though the room was rather basic but it was good enough for 1-2 night stay in Colombo.

Cheapest place to stay in Colombo if your traveling on a budget like me! They have all the basic needs and staff are very friendly and attentive. rooms were small but clean and comfortable with free wifi!! The hostel was in a very busy part of Colombo so traffic can get pretty bad during the day. My recommendation is to use the bikes available on rent to get about. Met some fellow travelers at the hostel and made some great friends :) will definitely stay again if i go back to Sri Lanka!!

The staff at the hostel was very friendly and helpful, especially the manager Mr. Khan who was nice enough to help me get around in Colombo! The hostel was great value for money and i really enjoyed my stay. would definitely recommend it to my friends looking to come to Sri Lanka.

Expensive for the "quality", noisy, creepy, very dirty, the worst place we have ever been to in 3 months of travel!

I came to Colombo for a Short stay. The staff were very helpful. I checked into a double room with attach toilet. The room I stayed was clean. The hostel is close to the the main Bus and Train Station which was very convenient. There is a lot of Locals in the Hostel you can speak to, if you need local knowledge and guidance.

This is a cheap place close to the train and bus stations. I stayed with a friend for one night and it was ok. We arrived late and left early. But neither of us would have liked to stay on our own. There was a big gap in the ceiling and it was somewhat noisy. The room was tiny and very basic. So, overall, fine for the price. A bed and a bathroom. But nothing more than that.

Exactly what I expected: a room not pleasant but cheaper than most part of the other hotels in columbo. But too noisy at night.
