Dynamite breakfast, best breakfast we had by far. Incredible value for money, felt like you were in a hotel. Only thing wrong was no air conditioning! Made for a very hot room at times

Don't be fooled by outside appearance, it's a nice modern hostel with good sized and clean rooms. It's run professionally so feels a bit more like a hotel, but the upside of that is the quality of the place. It's 5 minutes to the middle of town and 10 to the station and Großer Garten so really well placed too.

it was an interesting hotel, very modern though I've never stayed in a hotel (not a hostel) with shared bathroom facilities. However everything was clean and well maintained and new. Breakfast was included and was really nice. The rooms are a bit small but overall great value for money. The location is about a 5 min walk from the city centre and 10min from the train station

Very nice, more like a hotel than a hostel. Bright, clean, comfortable rooms. Incredible breakfast.

Very nice and great location. More like a hotel than a hostel so that hostel atmosphere is a bit lost but I would totally stay here again and recommend it!

Very clean and the breakfast was fantastic. The building at the front didn't look great but when you walk in it's modern and new. There is a skate park at the front but caused no problems and the old town is just a 5-10min walk and is beautiful.

IF you go in Dresden is a must to stay here. Everything was perfect!

Clean and calm hostel. Highly reccomended

Cityherberge is a great choice for a few nights if you want to be within easy reach of Old Town and the train/tram. There is a Lidl supermarket only a block away and only a block from the Hygiene museum (recommended). There are plenty of facilities available on each floor and it was always clean. Downsides are that being quite a walk from New town means not close to cheap cafés and takeaways. And school groups, there was some over excited German teens running through our floor til early hours.

Nice Hotel in the center of Old Town in Dresden. Looks ugly and old from outside but is nice and new from inside. Very good bathrooms/showers! Comfortable beds! Awesome breakfast! There is a comment on hostelworld saying that you need to check in by 15:00 which is not true because they don't have the rooms ready before 15:00 CET which kept us waiting in the lobby. After I pointed that out to the reception people we got the rooms a bit earlier at least.

Very good place to stay in Dresden. Close to the train station and city center. The staff was really nice and the breakfast was the best we got on our whole backpack. I would definitely recommend this place.

Good location. More like a hotel, had to get a key to use the kitchen each time. It was a pretty good kitchen though. Breakfast was good, lots of breads, cold meats, juice, coffee and tea

Even though the building might look a bit old everything that is inside is high class! The reception looks like a hotel's one. Staff is very friendly, super nice breakfast! Room is ok but the toilet and bath is common for a part of the floor. I was a little bit unlucky to get the room on the building's corner so it was rather cold :( The location is great-5 minutes walk to the old city centre!

even they are shared bathrooms, they are very nice and clean. while the bed might be too soft.

It would be good if they annonce that you have to pay a NEW TAX to stay in Dressden before the user book their room.
