Good location. More like a hotel, had to get a key to use the kitchen each time. It was a pretty good kitchen though. Breakfast was good, lots of breads, cold meats, juice, coffee and tea

Even though the building might look a bit old everything that is inside is high class! The reception looks like a hotel's one. Staff is very friendly, super nice breakfast! Room is ok but the toilet and bath is common for a part of the floor. I was a little bit unlucky to get the room on the building's corner so it was rather cold :( The location is great-5 minutes walk to the old city centre!

even they are shared bathrooms, they are very nice and clean. while the bed might be too soft.

It would be good if they annonce that you have to pay a NEW TAX to stay in Dressden before the user book their room.

Great hostel!.... the breakfast was unbelievable!, best breakfast I have eaten in a hostel by far!

The hostel is an easy walk from the Hauptbahnhof, about a little over a kilometer. It's also very close to Altstadt, the sites, and restaurants. Not very close to much late night eating or inexpensive bars. However, if you're just looking for alcohol, there's a bar in the lobby and if you're lucky you'll get the attractive male receptionist who works the evening shift to serve you. Keep in mind they book by the room, not by the bed so you'll pay for all beds in the room. More hotel than hostel.

The hostel is an easy walk (a couple of blocks) along the main road from the train station, so it's pretty easy to find. The breakfast buffet is amazing! (huge variety of food, lots of cold cuts, lots of fruit, lots of breads, salads, etc.) It's across the street from the old town, so it only takes a few minutes to get to the sights of Dresden. The wi-fi isn't particularly strong in the rooms, but ask the staff and they'll point you into the lounge where the signal is strong

I was completely positively satisfied. We enjoyed the perfect service and the courtesy was outstanding.

More like a hotel than a hostel. Excellent place.

Very, very spaceful in Europe at this price. The hostel is under good management and staffs get things done efficiently. The downtown of Dresden itself is not a big place with all the main sites in it, and the hostel is just beside it so you can save costs for trams and there is a Lidl nearby, too. The only things we find a bit inconvenient is that they have only 2 guest kitchens and you need a key from the reception and should return once you finish. Maybe they have their reasons to do so...

Breakfast was really good! However we were lead to believe we book a double room, and upon arrival got told they dont have such bed configurations, we still have the confirmation to say that we did book a double room. So they may want to adjust their booking software. We were not given any sympathy for the mistake. Bathrooms were really clean.

Nice spacious room & good breakfast included. Everything we wanted to see was within easy walking distance. The kitchen was well equiped but it was frustrating having to ask for the key to it every time we wanted access.

I appreciate the most cleanliness (we shared bathrooms) and location. You can reach the city centre in 5 minutes. Very good breakfast, helpful staff and possibility to store your luggage before check-in / after check-out (in a locked room). I would recomend this hotel :)
