Excellent hostel- more like a budget hotel than hostel. Great private room with own bathroom so cannot comment on dorms. Reception was very nice. Not much atmosphere in evenings so probably wouldn't have used the hostel if I was travelling on my own. Great base for exploring Berlin though!!

We loved it. Staff were really nice. We were arriving in the morning from a night train and we really needed a shower and a place to leave our bags. They allowed us to do that and even printed us some papers we wanted. The atmosphere is really nice with a nice lounge where you can take your own drinks. Showers are ok but in a few number.

Incredible stay here in the heart of the city. Staff are always there with a smile on their face to help you with anything you may need. Discounted food and drink for the guests is also fantastic. Room was comfortable and very clean. Would definitely recommend this place!

Staff are extremely unfriendly. My room didn't have any fan or ar-cond and during the summer was too hot. Be ready to pay for every single thing that you want to use. Wii, TV, Pool table, Towels, breakfast, table games, everything. There is no lock in the room but, guess what, you can have one if you pay more for it. They are not a hostel, just not good enough to be a hotel. Not commum areas, if you are backpacker, don't stay here!

If you like being treated like a piece of excrement then this hostel's front desk staff has you covered! Besides getting sassed for 30 minuted while checking in, any time I asked from the front desk for help I would get an eye roll. This included every time my room card stopped working (which occurred 3 times in 3 nights). Facilities were average at best and the lack of AC was brutal with temperatures above 95ºF/35C. The only cool part about the hostel is it is next to the North Korean embassy.

rooms were nice, clean but the beds were making too much noise, toilets and baths were not in the room. i dont know if it was about the timing but we had to take a shower with cold water for 3 days. the lack of a kitchen was also a problem for us. location is great though. i would recommend to find another place to stay long if you can.

It's a well located hostel. Beds are bad, the showers are pretty basic. I'd recommend as a place where you want to stay very shortly and is not expecting much from.

Love this hostel! Super slow internet though. If you're just sleeping here that doesn't matter. But if you actually need the internet then it's very frustrating. Apart from that though great place, highly recommended!! Also, this is addressed to the hostel owners, can you please put a sign on the second floor guys bathroom? Like even just a piece of paper taped on would make it easier for new people to figure out, and less likely to make the mistake of opening the girls shower by accident ;)

Lack of air conditioning and a place to fill up on water was the only real issues I had

Showers with a curtain- definitely no no!

The hostel is nice. The location is perfect and the staff is very friendly but most of the people there (guests) don't even eeven say hello. hellopeople was respectful in night, niit was quiet. Beds are confortable and there are lockers in the room and also a luggage room shere you can leave your things when you are not there (also with lockers). The only problem iz that in 3 nights we didn't have hot water in the shower, the staff said that it is normal.

The location is fab! We didn't use public transport once throughout our whole stay and the area the hostel is in is really nice! However, the lockers in the rooms were too small for anyone's bags and they wouldn't fit under the beds so it was a little crowded! Also the bunk beds and bathroom door were soo creaky so we didn't get much sleep even with earplugs. It was cleaner than many hostels I've stayed in but is nothing more than a good base.

cheap and near the city.

The night we arrived was interesting to say the least. Girls were throwing up in the bathrooms etc. However the next couple of days were quieter. The hostel is very big! Location was excellent, really easy to get to main attractions.

The wifi is terrible.... There is also no kitchen which sucks for backpackers. It's a really big hostel kinda like a hotel. Overall it was good though because the location is great and everything else was acceptable. The issues were not major only small things
