Really great!! Thanks for the great place to stay while in Berlin!!!!

Brilliant sized rooms, well furnished. Nice bar area with plenty of computers and free wi-fi. Lots Security so rooms are very safe. Downside being few toilets/ showers and they were a long way from our room

Brilliant stay, the staff were amazingly helpful and friendly, rooms were nice, great atmosphere and excellent position. I would unreservedly recommend them!

Breakfast for 4,80€ is really too much for the poor variety of food. If you want some juice, you have to pay 1,50€ extra.

Hotel clean and well maintained. I have no comment. Superb location.

Excellent as always at Citystay Mitte, my 4th stay there now. Staff are good and very helpful, the bar is really good for a drink or just lounging around - and the best bit is the location, its minutes away from the centre of Berlin and just round the corner from an S-Bahn station connecting you to anywhere you like in the city.

Erg chill hostel voor een weekendje drinken in Berlijn. Vooral de centrale ligging is chill. Vergeet niet je legitimatie want een OV chipkaart accepteren ze daar niet voor.

The staff were not that accommodating. They were helpful, but not flexible and enthusiastic like many other hostels I have stayed at. The hostel is big, so its hard to meet people to go out with. Berlin is awesome though, and if you just need a place to lay your head, this will do.

i and my friend stayed in hostel for 2 nights and that was great. the hostel locates in the heart of Berlin close to Berlin TV tower and other sightseeing attractions. The staff helped us quite alot when we want to ask for routes. it was really secured when you use the electric keys for opening rooms and other places. the room was very nice and clean. they also have the bar in the first floor is nice too but we didnt try there cause it's quite small. i'm definitely gonna recommend that hostel

Perfect location! We change into 6 bed room due to the chaos in 10 bed room. But 6 bed room is quite good, clean and queit. Overall, it is a good choice for me to stay here.

The hostel works. It is in a great location with hot, working showers which are kept clean. However it is "cheap". They charge for breakfast, not everything is working and they don't seem to want to make the effort to change that (i.e. the bedside light was not working, sink plugs missing, shower gives you 5 seconds of water at a go). Staying in a 10 bed mixed dorm you meet a lot of friendly Australian backpackers who are on BusAbout, which keeps the place lively.

DON'T park in front of it! The police will fine you with 30€. I think the staff should put up a warning sign, because everyone coming by car tries to park there and ends up with that ridiculous fine. Other than that: great location, great (Oktoberfest-)beer and we liked, no, loved the blonde staff girl.

The common toilets need more frequent cleaning. On saturday night there were only two on our floor that could be used and they were out of paper.

I chose this hostel because i read some previous review and they said they it is QUIET. OMG, i wonder wh made this comment, their staff? It was so NOISY!!. People party in their room and they do not care about other people. The sound-proof is bad and the noise from the elevator is really annoying! I do not recommend you to live here if you really want a nice sleep, hwever, if you want to have PARTY FUN in the room, then certainly this is your best place.

We do't know where to start...If you one day go to Berlin do yourself a favour and don't book yourself at this hostel.It is terribly noisy and impossible to sleep, it is creaky and you can hear EVERYTHING the other guests are doing. The toilet facilities are compared to a night club after a busy night and on the top of that there is no toilet paper after 6pm. They charged us for using their bed linen, dreadful! There was not a kitchen available, what sort of hostel is this?

The hostel has a good location but is very noisy, the breakfast is a little expensive and the toilettes are dirty.
