The air-cond is a bit old and it wasn't cold at all. The air in room was too dry, maybe due to air-cond and hot weather. Other than that, everything else is perfect, including the breakfast.

The privacy of 1st floor rooms are bad, because the staff are working just outside the door, even in the midnight.

Our stay was excellent. Getting there from the airport was a breeze using the Express train and the directions provided with our booking were spot on and fun to follow. The room was clean and comfortable; the only thing lacking was a place to unpack and store clothing. The breakfast provided was great and had some variety. We were there for 5 nights total (extended after 3 nights). The staff was excellent and a great source for information. We got discounted tickets to the KL Tower from them.

Fantastic location, comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff all helped to ensure that we had a great stay. We would definitely use this hostel again if we return to the city. Being able to make our own hot drinks would have added to our enjoyment but we appreciated the breakfasts with unlimited tea/coffee.

Clean, unpretentious place -- the hostel equivalent of a '64 Chevy Malibu. In my book, that's a good thing. Staff nice, room quiet and clean, with good-sized window overlooking nearby roofs. Near the monorail and very near the bus station to Singapore.

Fantastic. The staff were friendly and super helpful. It's a beautiful building with a great atmosphere. The rooms were quiet, which is a big thing for us. I can't say enough nice stuff about the staff, they were awesome and so helpful - not to mention genuinely friendly. You guys rock. A1!!!

Room was extremely small but adequate. Airconditioner did not work very well. A fan would have been nice too. However, overall the standard was very good. We have stayed in numerous places in KL and felt that the service and friendliness of the staff at Classic Inn was better than at more expensive places we have stayed. It was also extremely clean. Great breakfast and communal facilities. Very convenient to central KL and transport. Would definately recommend this hotel to others.

It was truely a very clean hotel though the rooms were a bit small.Taxis driver had a tough time finding the hotel but eventually we left the taxi on the street behind the hotel and walked upto the hotel. The staff were good and helpful but the some of the desk people were more engrossed in their computer screen.Breakfast was kind of boaring, the same stuff every morning. Overall a good stay...

Friendly, clean and pleasant, the hotel is located near the monorail with quick access to all that KL has to offer. The room was adequate, although the low roof (likely unique to my room) caused me some trouble. I had minor issue with the open bathroom grating, which allowed flying insects into the room, apparently attracted to my soaps. I found the pricing to be a litle high compared to previous stays in KL.

The front rooms were noisey. The air-conditioning unit on the huge building over the road made a lot of noise 24 hours a day.

Very friendly and knowledgeable people. Great location (though right behind Times Sq.). Only draw back is they really don't serve meals other than breakfast, for if they have I certainly would have patronized them further

This hostel was great - the beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept on in a hostel, the breakfast is amazing - toast & kaya (coconut jam), roti canai, fruit, coffee, juice. & the staff is super friendly & helpful. They even had a free catered Christmas Eve dinner. One of the best hostels I've been to.

We were particularly happy with the more then friendly staff and the simple straightforward way they try to accomdate us. This is an excellent place for people who are satisfied with simply breakfasts, simple but clean rooms and a certain family like feeling. If you want to be pampered by constantly humbly bowing staff in spotless uniforms; stay away from this one. If you wanna feel at home; the place to be!

I love the quiet enviroment. Pretty enjoy the breakfast although it is simple but worth for money. Seldom find a hostel who come with car-park. It solve my parking problem. The wonderful part is just a min walking distance to shopping at Time Square

Hi, as you can see from my mostly excellent remarks i think especially for a inner city hotel its really good. The people there have been nothing but nice, helpful and well organized at both times i stayed there. The rooms are only small but got all the comforts you need from extra security look to good hot water system. Would advise any of my friends to stay there and i also had gotten them recommended by a friend who stayed there earlier this year. Keep up the good work.
