This B&B was nicely located just on the outskirts of Kilkenny City's center. A great location for exploring the city and all of it's sights (some very cool stuff there). It's in a quiet location by the river (not directly in the middle of the town). Eamon was an excellent host; a very nice man, with wonderful accommodations. A delicious Irish breakfast was served in the morning, and he also provided good tips for seeing the town and the neighboring areas.

Great value for money, lovely clean room and really friendly owner. Great breakfast options and super location very close to Kilkenny city. Would definitely book again.

This is a great B&B. You can come and go as you please without any interference. The location is very handy. It’s quite but still within a very short walk of the city. The breakfast was good. The owner was friendly. Overall it was very good value for money. I’ll stay here again.
