The staff is great, super helpful and talkative, always quick with help and a coffee. The place is getting renovated at the moment, so it lacks a little on looks and cleanliness in the hallways and rooms.

we were 3 girls in a triple room that was dirty and cold (the air conditioner didn't work) and the toilet was out of order. when we asked to the owner to change our room he invited us to leave the hostel and to find another one (it was nine pm so very late to find another accomodation). he was only afraid about our review and he permitted us to remain (we payed for it!)only with promise of a good review. marianna

fun hostel, clean rooms which i'm sure will be even better when the renovations are complete. the ride to Petra was very convenient even though its not a far walk away. Mosleh was wonderful in helping us with everything.

Currently undergoing renovation, not the best bathrooms in the world but they place should look great once work is fniished! Wish I could give them more than 100% for staff, Mosleh and the team were all super friendly, super helpful, and took care of all our issues for us. A+!

This hotel barely resembles the glowing descriptions of previous travellers. We thought they must have changed buildings The private bathrooms are gross and tiny. You almost have to stand inside the toilet bowl to take a shower. Staff are generally friendly though.   Read Owner Comments

The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The hostel is renovating the rooms right now so the rooms will be new and bigger. Right now the rooms are a bit old but the rest is wonderfull (staf, location, etc.)

It is a good location, the staff is very (they can arrange all kind of tours) and it\'s much cleaner than the average of middle eastern hostels I\'ve been, sort of an oasis...

very friendly, helpfull and honest staff. The rooms where not all you can wish for (very small) but ok for 1 or 2 nights.
