This was an absolutely perfect place to stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. They gave us mint tea when we arrived, recommended a good place to have dinner, provided free transport to Petra very early in the morning (breakfast was ready for us at 6AM!). Rooms were clean. They also arranged a driver to take us back to the border crossing near Aqaba for 40JD, which was cheaper than the 55JD government set price from the border crossing. In short, the Cleopetra was awesome. Highly recommend

After a stay in an awful hotel in Amman, we were very pleased to be here, welcomed by a very hospitable and helpful staff. The hotel is clean, safe and well located.

Lovely hotel with incredibly friendly staff for whom nothing was too much trouble. Dinners served in the hotel were lovely and very reasonable value for only 6JD. Mosleh from the hotel was a legend! He arranged our onwards trip to Wadi Rum, which was amazing and was a very reasonable price. Much better than we had been quoted elsewhere. Would def recommend!

I only had a one-night stay with 2 full days in Petra. It was a great experience which was only made better by Mosleh and the team at Cleopetra Hotel. As I was going on to Amman the following day, Mosleh took it upon himself to arrange my transport so I didn't have to worry about a thing and could enjoy Petra. And he got me a very nice and affordable ride back to Amman where I got dropped off in front of my hostel there rather than at the bus station. I will def. stay there again if in Wadi Musa

After a solid day's trekking in Petra, you'll be wanting a cab to take you the walk up the hill to get to the hostel! Otherwise a good place. Curfew at midnight, but given the lack of nightlife in Petra/Wadi Musa that's not really an issue.

Very good value for money... the only issue was the fact that the heating apparentyl switched off during the night. Very helpful and friendly staff.
