The hostel is perfectly situated. Sean, the manager, is very friendly and can give you advice for your journey. The rooms are clean as the bathroom and the kitchen.

Great stay. Location is perfect to tour the connemara region. Clean, secure and free parking down the road. Thanks Shawn for a great stay! Amanda

Staying at Clifden Town Hostel was an amazing experience in the whole sense. I'll recomend this place. I'm very proud of making the decision of staying there.

Amazing location and really helpful staff. Would definitely recommend!

Cute little hostel, many families around and you can tell it's a family business. Sean knows all of his guests and making the effort of giving recommodations for day trips and all sorts of things. The rooms are clean, the bathromms standard. Eating area a little cramped, but the atmosphere is just lovely and it's easy to meet new people.

Very good location, good price.

Overall, a good hostel in a central location. The kitchen is a little small if there are lots of groups trying to cook at the same time. We had to make special arrangements to use the kitchen for an 'early breakfast' at 7.30am, and although they did accommodate this, we did think it was a little strange and not particularly suited to people on active holidays such as ourselves.

Nice place and friendly staff. Rooms towards street are a bit noisy during morning hours when windows are opened cause there is no other ventilation and dorms get stuffy. Nice living room and great location, clean and friendly.
