Clifden Town Hostel Reviews

The service was astounding. Every question I asked the receptionist was eagerly answered. I felt very safe in room and enjoyed being in the center of the town. The atmosphere of the hostel was very relaxing and quiet. I would love to go back.

It was quite clean, but very oldfashion. The beds were very quiky and we did not like the fact that there were no lockers to lock up your valuables, the roomdoors had no locks and the frontdoor was open to anybody till 12 o`clock. A included breakfast would have been nice, especially because it was not very cheap to stay at the Clifden Town Hostel.

Excellent location and staff, really nice little town; rooms could do with a bit better ventilation

Perfect start location if you are planning to go to Inishbofin. The owner was very nice for us, he lended us a free towel and gave direction where to go to listen to live music in the evening. I really liked the bedsheets and the bed, I sleept very well. Showers are tiny but with a good pressure and hot water. We were given as well directions and timetable for ferries to Iishbofin. It has a nice atmosphere with all the copies of painings of irish landscape. I would come back to this hostel.

This hostel is perfect for those who want to have a quiet stay in Clifden. The kitchen is a bit small but the common room is nice to meet people. Our double room was clean. Free parking until 11.30am

in the town centre, with a wonderful view from the kitchen the common area is a bit small but confortable and there are two kitchens we had a private room with bunk beds and shared bathroom and it was ok
