Very noisy location and bedbugs were significant disappointments, but the staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful.

Nice friendly place right in the center of downtown. Only downside - quite a bit of noise from outside, day and night.

The owner is such a very nice man! The most helpful person we met in a hostel while traveling in the Middle-East!

The location, in downtown near all main attraction was excellent. Staff is very friendly and helpful. There is an amazing restaurant, which can be seen from the wc window, that you can not miss it. We loved to stay here!

The hostel is within the very heart of the old Amman. So, it is expected to be noisy but it doesn't bother me at all. The staff are very polite and very helpful. It is very basic actually, what you pay is what you get. In general I can recommend the hostel to a practical traveller like me.
