My experience at Climbers Inn was pretty bad. I had booked at least two weeks in advance and everything seemed to be ok. They even called me in the afternoon to check what time I was coming. To my surprise, once I was there the owner told me that she had very good clients before me, and that one of them wanted to stay in the hostel one more night... So I had no room for that night. She took me to another hostel, much worse, no wireless, bad service, wet towells...

Lily was an excellent hostess with a mind of good concise information and encouraged us into activities. A bit of a beat from the late night bars but Lily provided us with earplugs

I would highly recommend the Climbers Inn. The owner Lilly is awesome! She was super helpful and really nice. She arranged my bus back to the airport and showed me around the town as well as the local climbing crags. She also taught me how to knit! I felt right at home. I will definitely visit Yangshuo again and stay at the Climbers Inn! Plus, the location is awesome. Right off of West Street and close to the bus station, stores, and crags.
