I liked that it was really close to the central station. I did not like that I had to undress infront of an unlocked door when I was taking a shower. There was also some finer work to be done on the interior and I hope that they on occation wash the covers of the beds. Now it didn´t look like they did.

I was staying at this hostel because I needed a few hours to put my head down before an early train from St Pancra's. I chose the 4 bed dorm...well it was more like an overcrowded prison cell. The room was so small it couldn't even fit in more than one suitcase, and there were four of us!! I can't say anything of the other dorms, but stay clear of the 4 person. Aside from this, the hostel cleanliness is pretty good, everything else is pretty standard. Great location for the train station.

Staff very friendly and EXTREMELY helpful. Great showers that work. A suggestion would be dimmer lights in the dorms! Also i did not see any recycling facilities around the house. Otherwise it was great. The location is cool, just a 10 minute stroll from King's Cross/St.Pancras Stations. Highly recommend

This is the second time i've stayed at Clink 261. I really like the atmosphere - theres a really lovely sitting area / lounge downstairs with a big TV where theres always people to talk to. You can use the kitchen to make your own food (apart from at breakfast). Breakfast is free, toilets and showers have been clean on both occasions. Absolutely fab location - 2 minutes from Kings cross st/underground st. The only downside is the size of the rooms, which are ver small but comfy beds.

I stayed 2 nights in a 4-bed room (on the upper bed), the other people were very respectful, everything was clean, it was quiet. Breakfast including toasted bread and muesli was fine, I had a nice talk with other guests there - I can definitely recommend this hostel.

Friendly and helpful staff. No free internet. The room was drafty and a bit cold, but the beds were very comfortable.

Everything was fine, except for the fee to use internet. Also, the room where we stayed in, had few light (only two bulbs). The breakfast was OK! And they let me let my computer on reception twice while I went tourism. That was cool!

The location is great and the showers are clean and very confortable. The beds and blankets are realy good, and the breakfest is simple but enouf to start your day. Only 3 blocks from Kings Cross Station. If I come back to London I will definily stay agaiin in Clink261.

It is a nice hostel, very average. Rooms are nice, and they provide good sized restrooms for each floor The best part was the common room and kitchen downstairs, and the breakfast was really good too. The staff were very nice and helpful, I liked it. It doesn't have lockers and no free wifi, but it is a nice hostel.

It was really clean and pretty quiet! It was nice to stay somewhere with clean bathrooms and nice rooms! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. It's a convenient 5-minute walk to King's Cross Station which gives you access to all the good tube lines!

Clink is a great location. But this Clink the rooms were very very small and there were no lockers for my suitcase. The bathrooms were not clean at all and there were a lot of people per shower, I was always waiting on line. The age range was very strange, when I was there a school group was there and the students could not have been over 13 years old. If you arent staying for long and you dont have anything precious on you than the location is great to get to kings cross, but thats about it.

After viewing the pictures on the internet we expected a larger and nicer room. It was fine, but too expensive!

Wifi is expensive and not that worth (it crashes every now and then), there are not that much security lockers (so you are not always able to keep your valuables somewhere safe), the luggage room is not that secure either. Although, you may not mind at all about these details because it is actually cheap and centric. Props to the blond-pierced girl, she was the nicest and most efficient one from the staff!

Everything was great, except for the fact that the window in shower room was constantly open, so it was pretty cold, which is not something you want when you're showering in winter.
