There have been spiderwebs everywhere. Even between the blanket and the curtain. You couldn't go through the door of the room without removing spiderwebs. The Highway next to the door was very very loud. The bus we booked at the reception let us wait for 1,5hours at the end of the Tongariro Alpine Crossing.

Staff were very helpful. We felt are room was rather tired and the town very quiet but I think we were out of season
