Customer service does not exist here. The lady at reception is rude, hostile and very unprofessional. There are no inclusive airport transfers (they ring a taxi for you and you pay 40+ euros), there are additional fees for internet, our room had a foul odor and the inclusive breakfast will leave you hungry. No fridge in room and modern facilities are not apparent. There is however a bus stop directly out front of the hotel to take you to/from Venice and also the Mestre station (cost 1.30 euro).

Despite what it says in the descpription of the hotel, it is not 900 m. from the Mestre station... Is it about 1,5 kms... The hotel is not the most welcoming place we've been, and there was a strange smell in the room, all the time... It is clean and safe, but not somewhere I'd choose to stay on a next visit to Venice.
