The only comment that I could add is the tea and coffee making facilities. Usually in hotels and even hostels there is a kettle and some samples of teas and coffees. In here we were provided with all the cutlery and cooking pans, which was really helpful and I really appreciate it. However, having a proper kettle in the room would be excellent. Also, I might have missed it - is there a notice at the reception about selling Oslo Pass? Some people might not realise it and it makes life easier :)

There's a big contrast between the really nice halls and the average-to-poor rooms. You get everything you need (beds, towels, light, table, closet, somewhat unnecessary sink), but nothing more. If they put more effort into making the rooms cozier (bedside tables, paint, carpet, etc.) it could make your stay better, specially in a city so cold and dark in the winter that you'll most likely spend more time than you usually would in your room. An average experience, though. I'd stay there again.
