I had a very enjoyable stay at this Hostel and highly recomend it to my fellow travelers. The staff was highly motivated to ensure thatt my stay there was memorable and without complications. They were very valuable in assisting me with travel plans to local attractions including the beautiful Hot Springs in the area. I would definitely return for an additional visit!

There is a serious moisture problem here. The room I was in smelled like a crawlspace and every morning I woke up to a stuffy nose and swollen sinuses- a sign that there is mold or standing moisture somewhere in the structure. Great location though- just 1 1/2 blocks from the main square and a short taxi ride to the bus for San Vicente.

We are not used to rate hostels so low. But we think people need to be informed that : - the breakfast is NOT included (please revise hostel facilities presentation on hostelworld) - coffee may be free, yet you still have to do it yourself - the kitchen is in a filthy state, and it was strange since we were the only clients

This was a little sanctuary in this beautiful Mountain town. It was safe, clean and the staff was really helpful! I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone traveling through Santa Rosa.

Friendly staff although we did feel like we were crashing a private party the first night when owner/staff and guests were having dinner or sleeping in communal area. Very noisy the first night, ignoring the please be quiet sign after 00.30. In particular as the owner was one of them! Our rom was nice and bathroom clean, but communal bathroom and kitchen are not clean and could do with some refurbishing. To the point that it did put us off from cooking at night. Friendly staff though.

This is a great place to stay. Highly recommended.

This is a very friendly and helpful family. They went out of their way to be helpful

We had a wonderful stay at Coffee Town Hostel. David and Marcela are wonderful hosts and really made our stay unforgettable.

This hostel was mint- it's only a month or so old so not many people know about it from the traditional backpacker sources (lonely planet or wikitravel) but the town it is in has a wonderful charm and it is the perfect spot to base yourself in the gorgeous Zona Cafetera. The hostel is run by a warm group of Colombians who are so passionate and keen to help show you the treasures of this region- every day they organise treks, horse riding and trips to incredible thermal baths
