This home is a welcome relief and change from others in India. So clean and welcoming, you are made to feel you are staying as a guest in a home rather than a hotel. The evening meal tasted fantastic, fresh, genuinely authentic home made Indian food at its best. Such a relief after Delhi to be at this homestay.

Col. Lamba is a very nice person and we enjoyed our short stay in his place! He is kind of frightening when you meet him for the first time (he is very much a colonel in the behaviour!!!) but when you talk to him he finally revelas a very sweet heart (look at the pictures of his grandchildren at the wall!). Last but not least, the breakfast is super!!!   Read Owner Comments

We had a really enjoyable three night stay with the Colonel and his wife. We were made to feel very welcome and were extremely helpful with our travel arrangements. The food and service are both excellent. We would definitely recommend the Col. Lamba Indian Home Stay to everyone!   Read Owner Comments

Col. Lamba was kinda a creep. He was nice but, from an American perspective, very rude to me and his wife. While there I avoided him. His wife is very nice. It's more of a hotel than a homestay, so keep this in mind when arriving. The rooms are exceptionally nice and clean and the food is excellent.   Read Owner Comments

The house and room were lovely and perfect. The couple running it are adorable and so nice. Somewhat far from the sites it's still in a great area with a bar/restaurant nearby with really inexpensive and delicious food.   Read Owner Comments

This hostel doesn't have the internet, tv as indicated on hostel world. There is a lezard in the bathroom which makes the shower a kind of unpleasant experience. It's quite far from the Agra's town centre.

Great friendly little place, a little out of town but then Agra is so spread out anyway and it is great to be able to sleep soundly without horns/dogs/people waking you every hour!   Read Owner Comments
