I stayed here in late May and I'm very happy. The room was very cute. The kitchen is stocked with lots of free breakfast food. Although on the map it doesn't look too central, it couldn't be easier to reach the centre by bus, and they are very frequent. I've received help and tips about all my questions about Liverpool and been made to feel very comfortable. Paul is a host that wants to make sure you have a good time.

We had a reservation for a double room and i called to the hostel's receptionist telins that we were going to arrive about 00h30- 1a.m. She told it was ok and there was no problem and where we got there nobody opened the door. We stayed more than 30min waiting, while we where ringing the bell and calling to the number that they had ta the door an at a certain point somebody just turned off the phone. We had to find another hostel to stay in the middle of the night! Bad location, really far away

Paul was a brilliant host and went the extra mile to make us feel at home. The location is a little outside the city centre but we still walked it which took about an hour. Great place to stay!

The location is a 20 minute bus ride from the city centre which isn't ideal, but the frequency of buses means that it isn't too much hassle. The facilities were comfortable and clean and Paul is an excellent host.

Amazingly friendly staff. You are free to come and go as you wish. Really easy and cheap to get to town by cab. Nothing flashy but good value for money
