You booked a double room for two people but you turned up at the Guesthouse with two other people who had not booked a room but asked if they could stay and sleep on the floor, the staff member on duty Paul did not agree to that request, but he made up beds using the camp beds we had available so your friends did not have to sleep on the floor. I think you should be honest regarding the facts of the situation at the time.
