It's a little out of the way, and quite basic, but very nice. Paul, who runs the place is SUPER nice and very informative. He told us all about how to get around via bus and where all the attractions are. It was easy to get into town via bus (about 10 minute ride) and you can purchase a day pass at a local shop down the street that works for both of the bus lines that operate in Liverpool. The room was quite basic, just a bed and a cabinet and a sink, but well kept. All in all, a good value.

Really well managed guest house in Liverpool! about a 25ish min walk to the centre, or a short and cheap bus ride in. Paul gave us all the info we needed, but was also just great to chat to and easy to get along with. There was ample food provided for breakfast, wifi and spacious - warm bedrooms. Would definitely stay again when in Liverpool!

I really like that place. That's clean and silent. The room was warm and cozy. If you wanna save money, that's the perfect place.
