Cologne City Hotel Reviews

Cologne City Hotel was great value for money, very clean and comfortable, quiet and private, and in a great location close to the heart of Cologne. My room was a single private which had a very comfortable bed, linen and towels, a sink, and modern wardrobe and desk, with a TV. All for not much more in price than a dorm room in a hostel. The toilet was in the corridor and the bathroom upstairs but each were clean and private so this was not an issue. Bath in the bathroom was a nice treat!

It was a fire alarm on at 3 o'clock in the morning, that was "shouting" guite long. Nobody explained anything and apologised.

Nicely located near a metro station. An average leveled, cheapish motel kind of a stay. Room with a bathroom and toilet at the corridor was around 30 euros wich is a little costly, but the bath tub partly made up for that. Does the trick if you're looking just for an easy place to stay overnight, otherwise I might suggest so,ething else. (Friends of Aki Kaurismaki's movies should like this one? kinda suited the general mood of his work.)
