Loved my stay here! Location is not right in town but this is what provided the charm and tranquility- and it's only 15mins max walk. There's a trek behind the hostel up a big hill to see the views- SO nice. They have a restaurant with delicious dinner meals (didn't try the breakfast). Gratis tea and coffee all day, excellent clean large kitchen for self service- good gas. Big clean bathrooms with great showers. Only negative was my bed in the 4 bed dorm was very creaky! But bed made everyday.

We were stunned with how wonderful Hostel Renacer was. It was more like a spa than a hostel. It was totally relaxing, absolutely beautiful, and of great value. If we were to return to Colombia Hostel Renacer would be a specific place we would be sure to return to.

Nice and friendly staff. Location is a bit out of town. Nice atmosphere. Quit place. Double room had an awesome bed. Matrasses and pillows in the dorm were of bad quality.

Excellent service, I will highly recommend this location. I was speechless with the beauty of the place. The staff was very friendly.

The seting of this guesthouse is perfect - a little away from the centre of town, perched on the hillside to create gorgeous views and a friendly, chilled out atmosphere. The staff aren't the friendliest, however, and I'm not sure how active the tour business is, but generally a great place to stay. I'd definitely recommend it.

Situated 1,2 km from the main square and 1,8 km from the bus station; the last 600 meters are in an ascending unpaved road who become a river in the rain season (straw dogs). Expensive for the colombian standard: they offer (and charge ) to you the 5000 COP of the taxi for one way but probably you have to pay also the return. Very small lockers. Sleepy atmosphere: at 10 pm they close the common area and you have to go to bed. Checkout complicated due to the bad organisation of the work:needs 15'

phenomenal place. Was here for two nights but would definitely recommend more
