the organisation of the hostel is very poor, the staff mixes up rooms and reservations all the time and is not very helpful; there are no lockers for personal stuff in the dorm; everything looks like it needs a good clean, especially the kitchen; breakfast was ridiculously small (we had to make the coffee ourselves, jam was bad) and not available all mornings; we got a double room which was in the basement (not bright or cousy at all) and was not worth the money at all

When we arrived there was no one at the reception so we had to wait half an hour to check-in even though it was already really late and we were tired. The 6 bed room was so tiny there was almost no space between the beds, no lockers, no space to put your backpacks. The bathrooms were dirty, the staff wasn't helpful at all. The breakfast was dry bread with not so yummy orange marmelade and cold coffee. Even at night it was so hot we couldn't sleep, the aircon didn't really work.

Aarrived day before new years eve to be told they had double booked our room for NYE and NYD. Not easy to find alternate accommodation on NYE. We stayed one night in a dorm not the private The photos lie! the bedrooms are nothing like the images on hostelworld we were very disapointed with what we saw. Breakfast was very stale bread, no butter, no jam no fruit, no cereal. Ants everwhere, we found them in the bedroom in the kitchen and in the shower room. The swimmingpool was unclean.

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the hostel. There are aints in the kitchen, the toilet is dirty and cannot be locked, the floor seems to be dirty most of the time and there are very free utensils in the kitchen! My backpacks and stuffwere moved without my knowledge when I went on a tour and when returned I was not informed either. However, the staff, Sebastian and Maria had been really helpful throughout my stay. I moved to 7 Duendes Twin after staying 2 nights at Coloria.
