PERSONAL NO ACOGEDOR, DESAYUNO POBRE Y LIMPIEZA ESCASA. ESTABAN EN OBRAS Y LAS FOTOS COLGADAS EN EL HOSTELWORD NO TIENEN NINGUN PARECIDO CON LA REALIDAD. EL SEGUNDO DIA NOS DIJERON Q NOS ENVIABAN A OTRO HOSTEL PORQUE TENIAN PROBLEMAS CON LAS RESERVAS Y NO DUDAMOS NI UN MOMENTO EN MARCHARNOS, ERA DIFICIL EMPEORAR

The Hostel looks great at the first view, but inside the bathrooms are very old and even the toilett does not working. The double bedroom was close to the street, we couldn\'t close the door to the balkony, so it was extremly loud the whole night. Even though, we asked for breakfast for 06:30, they told us, that\'s no problem, but nobody was there. Finally the maindoor was closed, so we couldn\'t get out to catch the bus. Btw there is no water in the swimming pool! Outside wow - inside boo!!!

Fun hostel but staff was very bad, give clothes to clean and when we had to leave, the half of the clothes were not cleaned yet, just leave with wet clothes. try to change the price at last minute too with an excuse of a tax...

They don't lock the front door. The set up is such that from the front door you can access the dorms. Reception is behind another interior door, so anyone can walk in and go into the dorms without reception knowing it. There are no lockers. Very unsecure. The women empoyees are pretty flakey and spend most of the time watching youtube videos on full volume. The guy who works there is great though. Makes up for a lot of their slack. Stay elsewhere, sketchy to say the least.

Nice building with great inner space - it has great potential. Although the staff is simpatic and helpful, the beds, pillows and breakfast are really poor. I hope they\'ll invest soon some of the many to renew upper bathroom, because it\'s horrible. It\'s a pitty that the swimming pool area is not well maintained.

The doors of the rooms don t lock, anyone in the street can access the premises at anytime. Kitchen, bathroom and the living room are super dirty. Mattress and pillows are uncomfortable. The staff is lazy and watch you tube videos all day (they don't think of refilling toilet paper in the bathroom. Guests have to ask them, then they ll go across the street to buy only one roll). Dog of the staff member pissed on guest bags. The staff made me paid an extra tax on checkout I have never heard of.
