Good wifi, comfortable beds, nice living area, pool & great central location. Breakfast was a good variety. Not all staff speak English, the pool wasn't clean and there was only a few bathrooms, all minor things though, I would still recommend!
Great stay at Coloria. Awesome location. Rooms all had individual lockers. Breakfast and laundry service was great. Staff were the best bit, they were so helpful and even organised a car rental for us.
Absolutely tiny bedrooms - the 4-bed has two bunk beds with a 70cm gap between them and very little space around to leave any bags or anything. Our 4-bed room faced the main common area too and so was of course quite noisy. The common area is really cool cool though, lots of natural light, nice big sofa and TV. And outside there's an actual pool (not just a jacuzzi, like an actual proper pool). Breakfast is a bit plain and wierd (salty bread?!)
Hostel is pretty good: Pros: good location walking distance to most spots in the town, friendly staff, good tour options, pool, dorm rooms are cheap. Cons: no air conditioning in rooms, not too many bathrooms and not always hot water, one staff only speaks Spanish, no bar so not as easy to meet people. Overall I would recommend this hostel but wasn't one of the best I have been in.
The hostel was very nice! The staff was very helpful and helped us book our excursions. The atmosphere was nice, but there were not a lot of people when we stayed there. The location was great, close to the main square! Bathrooms were clean, but only three for the whole hostel.
Good clean hostel. We stayed just 1 night and checked out early so didn't get the full experience. Kitchen was usable and tidy. Plenty of space to relax and socialise
The dorms are small but you get a personal big locker. The bed are very confortable. The bathrooms are nice but there are not enough for the number of people in the hostel. One of the staff members keeps smoking in the entrance which is right next to the living area... And it smells !
Nice facilities. The staff there are helpful and nice, but sometimes you get the feeling they're too much "by the book". Example, towels cost money, cancellation policy is exactly by the book (2 days in advanced, unlike other host and check-out time is also too strict. The location is great but the walls of the rooms are too thin so you can hear every passing auto outside which makes sleeping very difficult so the good location can become a bit of a problem. All in all, it's a nice place.
Nice breakfast, hot water, helpful staff, a comfortable hostel.
Two of the members of staff we came across were very helpful and knowledgeable about Salta, tours, buses, etc. But the other lady was incredibly difficult to talk to. We speak only limited Spanish and she doesn't speak English, which of course made it harder, but even when we asked simple questions in Spanish she got completely the wrong end of the stick, couldn't answer our questions and answered questions we hadn't asked. Really difficult to deal with
It was a great experience for me. Great service and a very nice and open staff. I'll give them my full blessings. :)

We had a bad experience in this hostel as we were in a bunk pushed up against a window looking onto a main road so we slept really badly due to noise & streetlamps- however, if you didn't have these beds it would be much better! The hostel is fine, big common area, spacious rooms, helpful staff. The lockers in our room were broken but there were more in the reception area.
