We stayed there for 4 nights and were treated like kings. We are really satisfied with this hostel and would chose it again for our next visit to Budapest.

The staff here is the best of any hostel I have been to!! They are so friendly and helpful and fun to hang out with. :) Love these ladies!! The hostel itself is small but cozy. It has a great relaxed atmosphere. And, you cannot beat the price!! You even get breakfast! The one thing I would change is to fix the showers so that the hand held shower head can hook onto the wall. Otherwise, it was amazing!! :)

Very poor choice breakfast wise... I decided to have breakfast somewhere else after the first morning.

As long as you expect no frills you'll soon realise that Colors is an excellent hostel. Very good value for money, excellent central location, clean, friendly, does exactly what it promises.

This is a fine hostel. Good location with good rates. The staff are helpful, but could be a bit more keen when greeting guests. Apart from that, nothing to complain.

I really enjoyed my time at Colors in Budapest. It is centrally located and after less than a 20 minute walk you can be at Parliament or Central Market. The bed was slightly flat but what do you expect!

Hostel has a really great location, just near subway station and the main walking street. That is not so big hostel (just 4 rooms if I'm not mistaken) - but it makes perfect home atmosphere there. Stuff was helpful and friendly. Girl advised us perfect traditional restaurant. What concerns breakfast - that's pretty poor but really enough to start your new day. Only one thing I'd like to be changed - PILLOW =) My pillow was the thinnest one I ever sleep on.

Everything is good except the reception counter is too near from the rooms. It is a little noisy at night.

I stayed there for more than 2 weeks and I really liked it :) The place is conveniently located, very close to Vaci utca and in close distance to Gellert's hill. Good public transport nearby, including metro. The hostel staff (24/7) is very friendly and helpful - big cheers to Anna, Hanna, Réka, Adam and Andras :D I'm planning to go back to Bp in near future and that's where I'll want to stay again :D

It was terrible. The staff was not friendly. We are four persons, and we said that we gonna pay separated. THe staff sad " I don't care, I just wanna the money exactly like I said". The bathroom are terribles and too litlles and without privacity. The breakfast was poor: just some coffee and tea, cereal, butter and bread. And after all, we had to wash the plates.
