Staff was a little unorganized. Had to wait 20 or so minutes when we arrived to be greeted and taken to room. Also gave us the wrong keys. And we had to switch rooms the last night. But the rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable. And we were only a 5 minute walk for the Colosseum. Really enjoyed staying there.

Just one thing I didn't like it... They didn't explain before about the 2 euro fee that they charge for each person and per day. Thanks Laura for your attention and sympathy!!! I LOVED Rome!!!!!
