Location is phenominal, staff is rad, and the set up of the place was basically designed to make friends. It was a little difficult to find at first because it is located above a couple shops (in a loft type set up). If I am in Berlin again, that will be the place I check first...

No complaints besides the location. I enjoyed the staff and the rooftop garden is an awesome perk. Each guest had their own locker in the room which was nice.

Good and cheap hostel. Great international vibe, but a bit hard to find. Some more sings on the outsides would help to find the place.

Ok, technically, it's not the best hostel. I've seen better facilities or places more clean. But for me, this place felt like a real backpacking hostel. Nice and huge common room, big dorms, not too much privacy, cool terrace and situated in Kreutzberg, probably the one of the most interesting part of Berlin.

The rooms were just ok, the entire hostel was a little messy. The bathroom shower turns off after 2 minutes which wasn't great. Security in the hostel was pretty bad. If you need to secure your bags (to wait for travel etc) you have out them in a corner that is accessible to everyone. Location is great, right next to the s-bahn and u-bahn station!

With some friends we went to Berlin and had an amazing stay in Comebackpackers. The hostel was very clean and the staff is working 24h on 24 ;) There is a realy nice terrace on the roof of the hostel where you can have a drink for a cheap price and met some people of the hostel. We also liked the location (Kreuzberg) it's alternative and you have a lot of pubs and snack all around. Thank you comebackpackers!

Loved the recoptionist Matt, really cool dude who showed us around. The hostel is in a weird turkish area, but 5 seconds away from all the clubs and walking distance to a lot of cool sites.

great spot, surrounded by both turkish and hipster kreuzberg, good layout, gorgeous deck/patio overlooking the area, free coffee, nice staff, all in all a solid place to crash

At first we were a bit uncertain about the hostel's location. It seemed a bit sketchy (and I'm still not sure I'd have been comfortable walking back to the hostel by myself at night). Luckily, I was with a group. The location turned out fine, and actually really good. There's a great, cheap Turkish bakery just outside the hostel where we had breakfast every day. The U-Bahn stop is really close. There's also a grocery store (Kaiser's) nearby. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

Free coffee. That's what convinced me! Ok, the patio lounge is great, the common area is large, the kitchen works well, the staff is good, the area is Kreuzberg: it is a great hostel with a smaller price than many other places. I liked my stay there.

The staff was cool and sociable. Rooms and sanetary was clean. It was just a bit hard to find the entrance because it's just a small door into a little street. Should be good to add some direction panels.

Best hostel in Berlin. Huge terrasse, barbecue, free coffee, great decoration everywhere.. and above all: awesome people, make you feel like you found a second home. And there's some of the Berlin spirit around here... I'll definitely come back :-)

I was there for only two days but I would definitely like to come back! It's situated in a turkish area with nice little shops and friendly people. The receptionists were more than helpful and always there to talk to. They have a great rooftop and u can order beer and enjoy the sunrise as we did. I definitely recommend this place :D

The hostel was really clean, quirkily decorated and in a great location right next to a u-Bahn station, a good supermarket and within walking distance of some of berlins great attractions. Its in kreuzberg which is a great place for going out. It was so cheap and the staff were really helpful with any questions and in making us feel welcome. Our stay here was a bargain and I'd definitely the hostel to anyone visiting Berlin. It also has a great roof terrace which would be amazing in summer 10/10

The hostel, kitchen and common room were nice, and good value for money, however not being able to drink our own alcohol in the hostel and having to be quiet with lights out at ten made for a dull atmosphere on the weekend, which you would expect to be exciting in a city famed for its clubbing scene. The roof terrace and location were also excellent, in sight of a s-bahn station

Second time I stayed here. Should say enough that I'm wanting to come back and I do have met loads of people who have. Somehow this hostel attracts nice traveleres. Awesome location, maybe not if it is your first time in Berlin. But on the other hand, thís is the real Berlin! Kind staff and hostel-like cleanliness. Not too much but defo not dirty ;) Remember to bring earplugs and maybe eyecovers since the rooms aren't very dark!

Hair dryer is a huge problem. Everyone left the dorm door WIDE open at all times of day and night, usually when leaving and not coming back. Several people used the hair dryer at 5 or 6 in the morning, directly next to the OPEN door and waking everyone with awful noise. I did not feel secure when other guests left the door open for hours. Guests were quite noisy in the hall at night, as well. HUGE window above the door lets in bright light all night. Room was cold most of night.
