Everything good except the small toilet and shower room.

Good location, solid staff. Nothing out standing but a good hotel.

Lovely little hotel! Didn't want to pay too much and was worried about some of the bad comments but we found this hotel to be just what we needed. Very comfortable beds and close to a bakery for morning croissants too!

Budget hotel, good value for money. A decent option for staying over the weekend in Rouen.

窗外景象很美,一眼忘见大教堂,离火车站也不愿,俩个地铁站。it has very good view thought the window and location.

Great view of the Cathedral from my room. Room layout was unusual. The shower and bathroom were separate, and the shower opened directly into the room. This was a bit awkward, but acceptable. Only access to rooms is via stairs, making this hotel unsuitable for guests with limited mobility.

This hotel was definitely value for money. Located near the center of Rouen (which is really small and walkable to begin with), it was very accessible, just a ten minute walk from the main station. The rooms were large and comfortable, well equipped with a kettle, tea, and an iron, things that I would not expect from a hotel with the price of a hostel. I would definitely recommend this for anyone going to Rouen.

I was a nice hotel but it became very hot in my room even with the window open. The noise from the street outside made i impossible to sleep without earplugs. The breakfast was great but I would have liked it to be cheaper, with a better selection of cereals.

Fantastic stay. I couldn't be happier with what we got for the price.

The Hotel was very clean. Even smelled fresh! The location couldn't be better; perfectly centered in the Old Town. Staff was friendly (not much English, but who cares if everything's alright?) Everything was clean and neat. The breakfast was free - and it was perfect in every other way; lots to choose from, and as much to eat as our bellies could bear.

A very nice twin room, with a balcony, a shower and toilet. There is a supermarket nearby. The hostel is lying in the old town area.

The hotel was quite good. The room was not very clean but it wasn't a big problem. Our room was at he fourth floor and there were no elevator. The position was great beacuse the hotel was very near to the cathedral and to all the principal places of interest in Rouen

Staff was fine except for one lady at reception who refused to call us a cab because she misunderstood that we had already paid. Wouldn't have been a huge deal but she became aggressive about a simple misunderstanding that could have been easily solved.

Definitely more like a hotel than a hostel. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a great location and a comfortable stay on a budget.

nice: central location, friendly staff. poor: very noisy, you can hear the water flow, the bathroom conditioner and the neighbors.

The man on reception when we arrived was brilliant; polite, helpful, cheerful, in short, the guy helped us form our opinion of Rouen based on this, our first visit, which was that is a great place to be. When we got to the room, we were missing the camp bed for the room. The guy downstairs was clearly swamped and working by himself but got it sorted asap. He was such a lad, we had to give him some beers to show our appreciation. Clean, comfy, well placed hotel in a great city. We will be back!

This hotel met all of our needs. It was clean and included all the amenities. It was right down the street from the cathedral and the rest of the sites in town and just a short taxi ride from the train station. The staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint was that there was no elevator.

The hotel is beyond expectation, located in the best part of the city, it is just about a few minutes' walk to the many tourist attractions. The Seine and the Cathedrale could be seen outside of the door-window, a good isolation keeps the room from the street noise. Great facilities are provided, including hairdryer, steel safe, TV...
