Overall it was a nice place to stay other than the parrot in the courtyard that would scream early in the morning and at night. Also the shower barely had any pressure or hot wAter. It was close to the metro which made up for it not being in the heart of Rome. Stefano was helpful with our problems.

Great atmo, clean rooms and facilities, really comfy beds not to mention the ridiculously cool decor; staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is really easy to get to via metro and a short walk away from the Vatican. Can't wait to stay here again on my next visit.

This is the prettiest hostel I ever stayed at, and the most confortable in my hole trip. Showed the picturs to my cousing and she wants to stay there when she goes to Rome. So close to the Vatican and right next to a metro station. And!!! There\'s a pinball and a flipper and PS3 and a great themed interior design. Loved it!!

Wonderful staff; the receptionist gave me his own food late one night after everything had closed and I realized there was no kitchen available. There is a PS3 available, foosball, pinball, and an arcade machine with 3000 classic games. The rooms are superb, each themed differently, and all clean and large. It's located next to the Tiber River, and 2 minutes from the metro, but the neighborhood itself is lacking. Only downside I see is the lack of a kitchen. Very original and unique. Great!

Although they made a little mistake with my room they were friendly and fixed everything up! However, there's no kitchen what a pity! And the elevators? Are there none? The showers are odd because although each shower has a door you can see each other shower! I love the rooms though, its so lively! :) And the tall ceilings make the rooms feel lighter. Mario room rocks!!

The hostel is actually just one apartment within a larger building. In order to get into the hostel itself, you must enter a code on a number pad. If you're stupid enough to lose your code like me, you're just locked out since there's no 24-hour reception. You've been warned! Other than that, wifi proved a bit unreliable, but you can't beat the character of this place, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I very nice place to stay, good location, good facility and nice staff. I will stay there again if i come to Rome The only problem is that if you arrive before 9, you may not get into the hostle. So if you arrive before 9 in the morning, make sure you inform the owner!

Amazing themed hostel. The most comfortable beds I've ever had in a hostel, and the best shower facilities. Highly recommend!

Great location! Nice walk to the Vatican, yet still a comfortable stroll across the bridge to the Spanish Steps. Lovely quite place and friendly staff.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. We had a cute balcony overlooking the street below. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The metro was very close and convenient, Vatican city was only one stop away and it was generally easy to get around the city from our location. However the shower in the Mario room was terrible. No water pressure at all and at times barely worked and the bathroom has a odour the was unpleasant and forced us to keep the door closed.

The Comic book decorations are fun here and the facilities really are nice. Each room has an ensuite bathroom, and ours had a jacuzzi tub! We were only here for 1 night so we didn't spend time in the hostel, but I'd probably return. There is a lot of freedom here; everyone gets a key but they don't always work. Only problem was there was a metro strike that day and the staff literally had no idea which buses ran in the area or where a bus stop was. We had to do a lot of walking!
