Good quality hostel up the hill from down town. I e-mailed to get directions from the bus terminal, I was given vague directions. We got lost and had to walk back to the terminal and get a taxi. There were only two bathrooms for the about 12 people staying in the rooms and for people camping outside. They were often busy. We got a leak in our room from the bathroom above us, but were never given towels to help soak the leak up. Breakfast is good, but the kitchen is closed until 12.
One of the best hostels I have ever been to. The only things that were not 100% perfect were the location (uphill from the city center) and the two days (out of 10) without internet, which you can blame on the provider rather than the hostel. Great value for the money!
Although we (my wife & me) haven't been for more than 3 nights, I would say that the main strength of this hostal is to be attended by their owners. They really know how to manage the business, and they're always looking after the people in order give the facilities they need...I.E. Transfers.

Very homey, comfortable hostel with friendly staff and log fires! Felt like the energy was a bit slow though, being the off-season, so even though the hostel offers tours they didn't seem too eager to sell them! If the weather was better I'm sure I would have done more, but since it was rainy I just explored the town which was very easy to do from the hostel. Wonderful, warm down duvets too!
Very clean, warm rooms, nice atmosphere and the best....realy! nice people running the hostel
