Great hostel, very clean, comfortable beds and large bathrooms. Highly recommend

We would absolutely stay here again!! We had a great experience and the private bedroom and bathroom exceeded our expectations.

Great location and very helpfull staff. The bathrooms needed some work, but that was not a big deal. The low point was the ambiance - extremely noisy, because walls are very thin and every floorboard creaks.

Very convenient to lake and buses, rooms bright and clean, bathrooms need an upgrade - showers should have doors not curtains since they flood if someone doesn't pull it inside. Downstairs dark, big kitchen but no common spices, etc. Camping is still expensive, and you don't get a key if you do...get hostel bed instead, better bathrooms and better treatment. Staff helpful but one woman came to me while I was actually eating dinner with fork in hand to whisper to me to pay?she's there til 12!

In fact the hostel is very good: nice showers, nice bedrooms, and everything clean.

Fabulous hostel!! Though, bring ear plugs as the wooden floors are very squeaky.

The only thing I didn't like was that it was a hot night and yet there was no top sheet, only a duvet which was too hot to have covering you on a warm December night.

Walls very thin and every floorboard creaks therefore not easy to sleep.

There is nothing to complain about in this hostel, but nothing really exciting neither. The staff is friendly but reserved. The highly appreciated "real" coffee costs extra. There was no really backpacker athmosphere.

Had a really enjoyable time here, the hostel is really friendly and clean, great breakfast and the staff are very helpful. Another home away from home, really comfortable beds.

The hostal is in need of work. Walls are coming apart and facilities are not that good. Breakfast is poor compared to most hostals we have stayed in and you have to purchase things like juice and eggs. Some staff, women, are friendly but one guy working there was pushy and rude.

Nice place with a well-equipped kitchen, large lockers and friendly staff. Also, it's a nice breakfast and the extras (porridge, eggs etc.) that you can buy are filling and cheap.

so nice stay! friendly staff, close to the city, good advices concerning trips and adventures. thanks a lot!

Fantastically helpful staff, beautifully big kitchen with heaps of new utensils!! very clean and well maintained, owner is amazing he even picked me up from the airport in Puerto Montt and drove me to the hostel and gave a detailed layout of the surrounding areas and their happenings, location is on a hill above the main square but despite the painful climb up the stairs after a long day of hiking it is very worthwhile to be in a nice neighborhood

Very nice place, enough sockets in the rooms, no problem with the Wifi, big lockers, polite personnel
