It was my second time in Moscow but in my first time I stayed in a different Hostel. Concerning these 2 experiences I would say that the main problem of Russian hostels are the guests... there are strange people in your room. In my case, a bearded lady [no, I´m not kidding] and a stinky guy, who was a staff member by the way, at the same time... disgusting. However, cheap, clean, safe and helpful staff.

It's quite small and ordinally hostel, but has enough facilities and stuffs, and good cost performance. Good: Location (In Moscow, it's one of the best location), facilities (good kitchen, enough bathrooms, good wi-fi access) Not good: Not so clean as the photos in hostelworld, but it's enough, Laundry service is expensive.

It is not a hostel.. it is a house that they put beds all over the rooms... staff is ok .. but the place is creepy... they made me pay 500 rublos for the mandatory registration that russian government asks... After reading on the internet, it is up to them to register it for free to you... but they ripped us off

This is a brilliant place to stay. Great staff and great location. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Nice atmosphere. Definitely highly recommended. p.s Trust me. I am not a novice. I just usually don't write reviews.

It is little and cozy. It's not like those huge hostels from big companies, but that's a good thing! The hostel is clean, employees are kind and the localization is just great! It's just a walk from Red Square. And it's not expensive :)

Very proper place. Great location, lots of cafes and bars in the area and really close to metro. The hostel itself is quite small but felt really home-like, staff was greatly helpful. I was worried a little after reading the most recent comments here but was surprised to see 3 renewed shower rooms and security cameras. Never had a chance to meet the owner personally but want to thank him here for keeping the place as close to backpackers philosophy as it could be.

Even though I had two snorers in the dorm room , I must say everything else about this hostel is just fantastic. The staff were very helpful. Climbing three floors may not be everyone's cup of tea but the location of this hostel is incredible! Recommended!

The hostel is very centrally located just a few minutes from the red square. The hostel only has two dorms so quite small and cosy.

The guy at reception was really nice and helpful but there was one other girl who wasn't very attentive and didn't seem to want to help at all. The place was great the rooms and common areas were okay but the bathroom wasn't very clean. It was really small and the common areas weren't really good for socializing but we still managed to have a great time.

Do not stay at that Hostel! Very dirty (hall, bathroom, kitchen etc.) Two bathrooms always occupied, water and dirt always stays there. Windows in sleeping room is never closed. And the most important thing: very bad with security in hostel ! Hostel is located in terrible patio. Entrance door (on third floor) is always opened! Any can go in. At first night I was robbed. Someone stole my money and HTC communicator which I placed to charge in sleeping room. When hostess woke up, she said that some people left
