I really enjoyed this small hostel,
Great staff - Katya is awesome!
Good location, mc'Donalds is in few steps,
clean and well secure.
Definetely recommend to everybody!

Katya was amazing and sorted me out with a guide for my trip to Nizhny Novgorod too. It was brilliant to have someone around who could answer queries and assist when things needed arranging especially as I was still getting used to being in Russia Katya was amazing and sorted me out with a guide for my trip to Nizhny Novgorod too. Comrade Hostel is definitely in my top two ever! It was started by a fellow traveler who understands the needs of travelers from large to small. It's very clean, has a good common area with free goodies like tea and coffee to make you feel at home (along with a nice kitchen and plates, cups, etc). We met some good people while we were there. Comrade was recommended by word of mouth to us and I will recommend it to all. There english is great and know directions to all the places around aComrade Hostel is definitely in my top two ever! Good Hostel even if hard to find and at the entrance a little bit worrying cause of the old and dirty building...
but once inside very comfortable, near to the best area of Moscow (clubs, red square and kremlin) and great staff:
