This is a wonderful place! The staff is so friendly. I lost my Lonely Planet on the airplane and the manager was so kind to find the number of the airport, call them and ask for the book, and when they didnt have it he found a local bookstore, called them and reserved my book. It seemed like there was people cleaning the place all the time. It is in a very good place in Miraflores with top security, and it is very easy to meet other travellers in the common area.

I stayed in the dormitory room with a shared bathroom. It was a little bit dirty, but expectantly so since 8 of us were sharing a room. They had live music the one night, which was a nice surprise. However, if you\'re planning on being near the center of Lima, this is quite far.

The bathroom was pretty gross. Mildew and mold in the shower. I showered with my flipflops on and without touching any of the walls. There was never any toilet paper (but I think this may just be a cultural thing). The beds were adequate. But the entire place had a bad smell - like old wet towels. Not cute. I did a no-show for my last night & stayed @ the Radisson. I thought I was spoiled and maybe should just suck it up, but then I traveled to Cusco and stayed in a hostel that was phenomenal.

Condor\'s House is a great place to stay. The look and atmosphere of the place are lively and welcoming. The staff is five-star: friendly and kind, very knowledgeable and helpful. Whatever you need to know about local shopping, transportation in and from Lima, and anything else, they\'ll either know it or find it out for you. I\'ll stay at Condor\'s House again.

I will always remember my time at Condors House. This is the only place you should consider to stay while in Lima. Great facilities, great atmosphere and on the best staff crew I ever encountered in a hostel. I am sure this place will become legendary. Lookout for the weekly BBQ and Saturday night show. Thanks for a great stay!

Great location. Staff is simply amazing and super helpful. Get the airport transfer, much cheaper than hailing a cab. 3 blocks from the beach.

The staff was great, they helped a lot with citymaps and sightseeing. There was lots of social going on in the evenings, so if you like staying up late it is a nice place, but do you want a quiet place, this may not be it. The cleanliness was not the best, the beds we had, had a lot of mold. So it was not nice to be in the lower bed, because it smelled alot and was maybe not healthy to sleep under. But other than that a beautiful place.

We were originally in the 4-person private on the main floor in the backyard. It smelled horribly of mildew so we asked to be upgraded upstairs. Vast improvement and we loved our stay here. Staff is super helpful. Airport pickup is a must because they arrange it for you and it's much cheaper than if you were to book yourself. We had a BBQ with fellow travellers. We basically lived in the backyard and it's only a 5-min walk to the beach! Safe and secure and great location.

Hostel was friendly, however the rooms outside of the bar need ALOT of updating, smell mouldy and the bathroom was damp and unclean. Upstairs is a much better option with a good bathroom and more spacious dorms. Would recommend not staying in the 4 bed dorm as this is right alongside the bar area, the door doesn't lock and no lockers for belongings are provided. I imagine if I had stayed in the larger dorms experience would have been much more enjoyable.

Very friendly staff. Cool outside eating area. Breakfast was basic - only bread and jam. Staff very kindly leant me their Metropolitano card (for the bus) which made it much easier and cheaper to catch the bus.

The staff was very very good and the location is perfect but they need to make some arrangement with the rooms! They are too small and the one we had was in the kitchen with no window! Appart from that it's a great place to stay!

The staff is super helpfull and friendly, but it is somewhat loud at night so its hard to get any sleep. The 24 hour hot water is a complete myth as I only had one hot shower in 5 days.
