This hotel was terrible, very dirty, the bathroom was the worst. And staff didn't speak english or italian properly, was very difficult to communicate with them.

We went and explored Rome by backpack and the "Conte Verde" is great for that! Staff is so nice and friendly, Rooms are totally OK, Backyard is quite smelly..but..who wants to see the backyard anyway? A very nice bakery and the metro is just around the corner, so .. very good!

it was perfect for a couple that is visiting Rome, big bed , bathroom in the room, all clean and secure.the only bad thing,the location, a little bit far from the centre , but there is a metro stop close and a good and cheap restaurant downstairs.I really recomend it

Great stay and great guy at reception at night. Just one remark: The money was supposed to be paid on arrival (as per Hostel World mail). They were only supposed to deduct money from my card on non-arrival. But still, money was deducted beforehand. Why?

It depends on who's behind the desk how freindly and helpfull they are... If you ask for a taxi, don't go with them, but call one your own cause they rip you off and don't know their way in Rome!
